Click the cancel button "Cancel".
Select the reason you want to cancel and then click/tap to continue.
Enter your password and then click/tap to confirm..

If you've followed the steps mentioned above after which you will be sent an confirmation message sent by our company. You'll be able to access all Premium features until the end of your subscription.
If you notice " Your cancellation is not yet complete" Please contact Customer Support to complete the cancellation.

If you would like to turn the auto-renewal feature back on you can go to the 'Membership then click/tap Reactivate'.
If you'd prefer remove your account permanently erase your account, you can do it through the website or via the application. You can scroll down for the steps.
Your profile, matches and messages will be entirely and irrevocably deleted. We won't be able to restore your profile.
Premium subscribers should stop automatically renewing their membership prior the time of deletion.
