Silver Cage Games
Effective date: July 20, 2026
Silver Cage Games ("Silver Cage Games," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use games, mobile applications, websites, and related services published by Silver Cage Games (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy applies to the Services that link to it. It does not apply to third-party websites, stores, platforms, or services that have their own privacy practices.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent, we will request it through an appropriate notice or consent mechanism. You may stop further collection through the Services by discontinuing use and uninstalling the applicable app, although information already collected may be retained as described below.
The information collected depends on the particular game, its features, your device settings, your region, and the third-party services integrated into that game.
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, such as when you contact customer support, submit feedback, participate in a promotion, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include:
Your name, email address, or other contact details;
The content of your message, attachments, and support correspondence;
Information you provide to verify or resolve a purchase or technical issue; and
Account or profile information, if a particular Service offers an account feature.
Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary for us to respond to your request.
We and our service providers may automatically collect certain device, technical, usage, and diagnostic information, including:
Device type, manufacturer, model, language, screen characteristics, and operating-system version;
App version, installation source, package identifier, and SDK version;
Internet Protocol (IP) address, network type, and approximate location inferred from an IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a specific app feature clearly requires it and the user grants permission;
Advertising identifiers, app-set identifiers, installation identifiers, and similar device or app identifiers, subject to platform rules and your settings;
Gameplay and interaction data, such as sessions, levels played, progress, feature use, button interactions, achievements, and ad interactions;
Diagnostics and performance data, such as crash logs, error reports, loading times, battery or memory information, and technical events;
Purchase-related information, such as product purchased, transaction status, and receipt or order reference. Payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider; we do not receive your full payment-card details; and
Fraud-prevention, security, and integrity signals.
A particular game may request device permissions only when needed for a disclosed feature, such as notifications, microphone, camera, photos or media, storage, or location. The permission prompt and any required in-app disclosure will explain the purpose. You can deny or later revoke permissions in your device settings, although some features may then be unavailable.
We may collect information:
Directly from you when you communicate with us or use an optional feature;
Automatically through the app and technologies included in it;
From app stores and platform providers, such as purchase status, installation source, or achievement information; and
From analytics, advertising, attribution, crash-reporting, cloud, and anti-fraud providers through software development kits (SDKs) or similar technologies.
We may use information to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and support the Services;
Save progress, enable features, process or restore purchases, and deliver requested content;
Personalize and improve gameplay and user experience;
Understand usage, measure performance, conduct analytics, and develop new features;
Display advertisements, apply age-appropriate ad treatment, cap ad frequency, and measure ad performance;
Attribute installs and evaluate marketing campaigns;
Detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, and technical problems;
Respond to support requests and other communications;
Send service-related notices and, where permitted and consented to, promotional communications; and
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and rights.
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we process personal data on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, or your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing; withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
We do not disclose personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy. Information may be disclosed:
To service providers and partners: companies that provide hosting, analytics, crash reporting, attribution, advertising, customer support, fraud prevention, and related services;
With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or authorize a connected feature;
For legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or lawful government request; protect rights, safety, and property; investigate fraud or abuse; or enforce agreements;
For a business transaction: in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards; and
In aggregated or de-identified form: where the information cannot reasonably identify you.
Some Services are supported by advertising or use analytics, attribution, cloud, and crash-reporting tools. These providers may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, ad interactions, and similar information under their own privacy policies. The providers used vary by app; a provider listed below is relevant only when its technology is integrated into the particular Service you use.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies and controls offered by the providers that apply to your app.
Depending on your device, region, and the applicable Service, you may be able to limit personalized advertising, reset or delete your advertising identifier, restrict tracking, or manage consent through the app's consent screen or your device settings. On Android, review the privacy and ads controls in your Google settings. Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily reduce the number of ads; it may make them less relevant.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under some privacy laws. Where required, we provide or honor applicable consent and opt-out controls.
We are committed to protecting children's privacy and complying with applicable laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR and UK GDPR where applicable, and Google Play Families policies.
Some Services may be intended for a general or mixed audience, while others may be directed to children. For Services directed to children, or where we have actual knowledge that a user is a child, we limit data practices as required, use age-appropriate experiences, and do not knowingly use personal information for personalized advertising. Where Google Play Families policies apply, we use only permitted SDKs and ad practices for children and users of unknown age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child beyond what is permitted by applicable law without any required parental consent. If we learn that personal information from a child was collected in violation of applicable law, we will delete it or take other legally required action. A parent or guardian may contact us using the method in the “Contact Us” section to request review or deletion. Age thresholds differ by jurisdiction; in the EEA, the consent age may be between 13 and 16 depending on local law.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, complying with legal and accounting requirements, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of data, why it was collected, and applicable law. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained where it no longer identifies an individual.
You may request deletion of personal information that we control by using the contact method below. Please identify the relevant app and provide enough information for us to locate the data. We may need to verify your request. We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, such as for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If a Service allows users to create an account, that Service will provide a clear method to request account deletion from within the app and an external web-based method where required. Deleting an account permanently deletes or de-identifies associated data unless retention is legally required; account freezing alone is not treated as deletion.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Silver Cage Games and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Depending on your location and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To exercise a right, use the contact method below and identify the applicable app. We may need to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. If we deny a request, you may have a right to appeal by replying to our response.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, app stores, social platforms, or services. We do not control their privacy practices and are not responsible for their content or handling of information. Review their privacy notices before providing information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and change the effective date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If you have questions, concerns, privacy requests, or a child's data deletion request, contact Silver Cage Games at Leaderkhanimran804@gmail.com. Please include the app name, the nature of your request, and any information reasonably needed to locate the relevant record.
