I am an Ph.D. student in the Statistics Program at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Before my Ph.D. study, I received my M.Phil. and B.Sc. degrees in The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). The IPA of my name in Chinese Mandarin is [sɿ˥xan˧˥ʈʂʰən˧˥], but you can try to pronounce it as see-khan-CHƏN. I was born and raised in Wuhu, China.
My current research interests include spatio-temporal analysis, network data analysis, statistical computing and machine learning. I will upload contents related to my research and teaching to this site from time to time.
