TERMS OF SERVICE

Also I reserved the right to reject any commission for any reason! 

PAYMENT

● I take 100% prepayment via PayPal.

● Price depends on details.

● 100% payment for extra character.

● Extra money for pets or wild animals (15 EUR for each).

● 10% discount are available for regular customers (4+ commissions).

● Too much corrections after lineart and flat color stage will cost extra money (10-15 EUR).

● You can change the idea of commission once per order.

   If you change more than once, it’ll cost extra money (20 EUR per idea).

● If you want a private commission, it'll cost extra money (+30% of price).

● I take an additional charge for small time limits\priority in the queue (+60% of price for week; +30% of price for month).

CHARACTER AND IDEA INFORMATION

● I accept clear and concise visual references (refs, pictures, photos, etc) and description of the commission idea. Your additional information should be brief, simple and related to commission.

● English isn't my native language, so, please, don't use slang. I appreciate your patience. 

PROCESS

● After payment and start working on the artwork, I’ll send a sketch for your critiques and approval.

● If you wishes to make corrections - describe what to change in 1-2 messages. If you are asking make the changes after flat color stage - I reserved the right to request an extra payment (if it’s not my mistake that needs changes). If you request me to make changes for the completed commission - you have to pay for each new corrections. The use of a redline to make your corrections clearer is also welcome. Please be sure you are confident in the sketch before further work process.

● If you wishes to cancel your commission - I'll refund you a part of the original commission payment depending on which stage your commission is for the current moment (Not started - 100%; Sketch - 80%)

● Next step: I’ll send the work on line and flat color stage for your last critiques and approval.

● After the end of work on the commissioned artwork I’ll send you the link(s) where you can download high-res version of the artwork.

● After I have finished your commission and get your approval (in any form), our deal is considered complete. This means that you can't ask for additional work corrections and/or refunds.

● If I see you read the message with finished art and didn't answer for a week, I will post art on my galleries anyway (Except you didn't allow me to do this).

ABOUT ARTWORK

● I reserved all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints, merchandise and my Patreon content.

● Every process of commissioned artworks can be streamed (if you don't wish to, please notify me).

● You can create merchandise with my artwork for personal use and you also may resize or crop the artwork to create some graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot make changes to the artwork itself. You may upload and share the artwork on other platforms and galleries with attribution of my authorship.

● You can't remove my signature, but you can add your watermarks\signature of your character ownership.

an agreement with me. By sending payment, you agrees to the above terms.
