Tilak Shakya ("we," "our," or "us") operates the e Signature Scanner & Creator mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Signatures: When you scan or create signatures, these are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your signatures on any external server.
- Documents: Any documents you import, sign, or create within the App remain on your device. We do not access, collect, or transmit your documents.
1.2 Camera and Photo Library Access
- The App requests access to your device camera to scan handwritten signatures from paper.
- The App requests access to your photo library to import documents and save signed files.
- Photos and camera data are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
1.3 Purchase Information
- If you subscribe to premium features, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing information.
- We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to verify your subscription status. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat.
1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
- We do not use any analytics or tracking tools.
- We do not use advertising SDKs or display ads.
- We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
- We do not collect device identifiers for tracking purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
The App processes all data locally on your device. We do not transmit any user data to external servers. The App functions entirely offline, except for:
- Subscription verification through Apple and RevenueCat.
- App Store updates through Apple.
3. Data Storage and Security
- All signatures, documents, and app data are stored locally on your device using Apple's built-in file system and security protections.
- We do not operate any cloud storage or remote servers for user data.
- Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other external parties.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases.
- RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat's privacy policy can be found at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
7. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. All your data resides on your device, and you have full control over it. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the App from your device.
