Signal VPN (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a free VPN service via the Signal VPN application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you install or use the App. By using Signal VPN, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information you provide
Email: If you contact us or register, we may collect your email address (circleitclimited@gmail.com is our contact).
Support messages: Any content you send when requesting support.
Automatically collected data
Device information: device model, operating system and version, app version, device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID) for troubleshooting and analytics.
Connection metadata: VPN session start/end times, connection duration, amount of data transferred, selected server region, and general connection success/failure logs.
Crash and performance data: app logs and diagnostics to improve stability.
No logging of user activity
We do NOT collect, track, or store users’ browsing history, DNS queries, IP addresses associated with your internet activity, the contents of your communications, or the destinations you visit while connected through the VPN. We do not log user traffic, browsing content, or the specific websites or services you access through the VPN.
How We Use Your Information
Provide and maintain the App (connectivity, session management).
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix technical issues.
Improve and personalize the App experience and develop new features.
Monitor aggregate usage patterns and analytics to improve performance.
Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support.

Disclosure of Information
Service providers: We may share limited information (e.g., anonymized analytics, device/usage metrics) with third-party service providers who help operate the App (hosting, analytics, crash reporting). These providers are contractually restricted from using data for other purposes.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
