This Subscription Terms of Service ("Terms") is a binding agreement between you ("the user") and the developer of QuickSign ("the Developer") for the use of subscription services provided via the QuickSign app.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept the conditions laid out in this document.
1. Subscription Options
1.1 Plan Types
QuickSign may provide the following subscription models (actual availability may vary by region or over time):
Weekly Subscription: Full access to premium tools, billed weekly.
Monthly Subscription: Full access to premium tools, billed monthly.
Yearly Subscription: Full access to premium tools, billed annually.
1.2 Subscriber Benefits
With an active subscription, you may enjoy, for example:
Full, unrestricted access to premium features within QuickSign (such as advanced signing, annotation, or PDF tools, as available).
An experience that may include fewer or no advertisements (where applicable).
Access to new premium features released during your subscription period.
The exact features and benefits included in each plan are described in the app’s subscription purchase screen and may change over time.
2. Payment and Renewal Policy
2.1 Payment Information
Your Apple ID (iTunes/App Store) account will be charged at the time you confirm your subscription purchase within QuickSign.
2.2 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are set to renew automatically unless you turn off auto‑renewal.
Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
The renewal price will generally match the price you originally agreed to, unless it has been updated in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
2.3 Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription and auto‑renewal settings at any time via your Apple ID account settings on your device.
The Developer cannot manage or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
2.4 Trial Periods
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Once converted, your Apple ID account will be charged for the selected subscription plan without additional notice.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Ending a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not interrupt the current subscription period, which will remain active until it ends.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active subscription period.
3.2 Refund Handling
Any refund requests for subscriptions or in‑app purchases must be submitted through Apple Support or the App Store, as the Developer is not authorized to process refunds directly.
Refunds, if any, are issued solely in accordance with Apple’s policies or applicable laws.
4. Updates and Pricing Changes
4.1 Pricing Updates
The Developer reserves the right to revise subscription prices at any time.
If prices change, you will be informed by Apple or within the app, and any new prices will take effect at the next renewal term.
If you do not agree to the new price, you should cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
4.2 Feature Adjustments
The Developer may modify, add, or remove features included in the subscription from time to time.
Continued use of the subscription after such changes implies your acceptance of the updated features and these Terms.
5. Termination Policy
5.1 Developer Termination Rights
The Developer may suspend or terminate your subscription and/or access to premium features if:
You breach these Terms or any other applicable agreements.
You misuse the app, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
5.2 Post‑Termination Conditions
If your subscription is terminated by the Developer:
Your premium access may be revoked immediately.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining subscription time, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.
