Privacy Policy for SIGHT

SIGHT (“we,” “us,” or “the App”) is a remote viewing practice app for iPhone. This policy explains what information is involved when you use SIGHT.
1. Who we are

2. We do not require an account
You can use SIGHT without creating an account, signing in, or providing your name, email address, or other identity details.
3. Information stored on your device
Practice data stays on your iPhone unless you copy it elsewhere yourself. This can include:
Session notes (impressions, interpretation, reflection)
Sketches you draw in a session
Which target you viewed, and when you sealed or revealed it
App preferences (for example appearance and whether you have finished onboarding)
This information is stored locally using Apple’s on-device storage. We do not operate a SIGHT cloud account that receives your journal, sketches, or session history.
Deleting the App, or wiping the device, will typically delete this local data. We cannot recover it for you.
4. Purchases
SIGHT offers a one-time in-app purchase for lifetime access. Payments are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to confirm that a purchase is valid and to restore access on the same Apple ID.
In connection with a purchase or restore, Apple and RevenueCat may process information needed to complete the transaction and check entitlement. That typically includes:
An anonymous purchaser identifier generated for the App
Purchase / receipt information (product, date, status)
Limited device and app information used to operate billing
We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple handles payment.

5. Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, the App asks Apple for permission to send local notifications. Those reminders are scheduled on your device. We do not send marketing emails or push campaigns from a SIGHT server.
You can turn the reminder off in Settings, or disable notifications for SIGHT in iOS Settings.
6. What we do not collect
SIGHT does not:
Require a name, email, or password
Track you across other apps or websites
Use advertising identifiers for ads
Sell your personal information
Upload your sketches or session notes to our servers
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location.
7. Analytics and advertising
We do not currently use a third-party analytics SDK or show in-app advertising.
8. How we use information
On-device data is used only to run the App for you: continue a session, show history, remember settings, and schedule a reminder you asked for.
Purchase-related data is used only to unlock lifetime access, restore a purchase, and prevent unauthorized use of paid features.
9. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share purchase-related data only with Apple and RevenueCat as needed to process and restore purchases, and if required by law.
10. Children
SIGHT is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International processing
If you make a purchase, Apple and RevenueCat may process related data in the United States or other countries where they operate.
12. Your choices
Do not enable notifications if you do not want reminders
Restore or manage purchases through Apple
Delete the App to remove local session data from that device
Email us at [your@email.com] with privacy questions
If you are in the UK/EEA and believe we hold personal data about you (for example in a support email you send us), you may ask to access, correct, or delete it, subject to applicable law.
13. Information you send us
If you email support, we will receive whatever you include in that message (such as your email address and the content of the request) and will use it only to respond.
14. Changes
We may update this policy if the App changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of SIGHT after an update means you accept the revised policy.
