SIFS2026 is the fourth edition of the International School of the Italian Society of Statistical Physics (Società Italiana di Fisica Statistica, SIFS) and it will be held in Lecce, at the University of Salento and the Institute of Nanotechnology of the National Research Council of Italy. The school offers an intensive two-weeks program of lectures and seminars. 

SIFS2026 is structured into five thematic sections, covering both theoretical aspects of statistical physics and applications in:

Disordered and Complex Systems

Dynamical Systems

Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

Quantum Physics

The school represents an excellent opportunity for PhD students and young postdoctoral fellows to deepen their knowledge of statistical physics in a friendly and international environment, combining intense scientific activity with opportunities for discussion and social interaction.
