The mission of the System IC Design Laboratory (SIDLAB) is to realize core technologies for high-performance semiconductor integrated circuits and systems. Our research interests include display circuits, power management circuits, biomedical circuits, thin-film transistor (TFT) circuits, and sensor circuits. Based on our solid knowledge of integrated circuit design and the higher levels of system architecture, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions beyond the semiconductor roadmap.
