Does anyone know what the legal implications are for signing up with an organisation like ?

Who actually is your employer, sidekicker or the business you are working at?

Are you employed as a casual staff member or as an independent contractor?

So who is liable for injury or for any damages you may do?

Is there any way to get legal advice on this for free?

I have read sidekickers terms and conditions, but am all too aware from working as an independent contractor that the laws are substantially different to a regular job.

I was hoping someone on this forum may have already looked in to this with a lawyer.
