I have joined Montana State University, Bozeman, MT, USA in Fall 2019 as a Ph.D. student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department. My research focus is on Machine Learning and Signal Processing. I am working under the supervision of Dr. Bradley Whitaker. Currently, I am working on the development of a touchless respiratory monitor, which is a collaborative project with Montana Tech.
I have received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong, Bangladesh, in 2017. In the same year in the Fall trimester, I have joined the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering as a Lecturer at Port City International University, Chittagong, Bangladesh. From then on, I have been conducting classes and supervising the final year undergraduate students regarding their thesis/projects. I have supervised in total of 21 students to complete their thesis. I was also in charge of advising the enthusiastic students of the Robotics Club and IEEE student branch of the university.
In ICISET 2018 (an IEEE conference), one of my papers has been awarded as the "Best Paper in Antenna and Propagation track", which is titled “Design and Performance Analysis of a Multiband Microstrip Patch Array Antenna at Ku and K Band”. I am interested to work on Machine Learning, Transfer Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Signal Processing, Human-Computer Interactions, Bioinformatics.
