I'm currently working as a researcher at the Division of Molecular Medicine and Siriraj Center of Research Exellence for Cancer Immunotherapy (SiCORE-CIT),
I'm currently working as a researcher at the Division of Molecular Medicine and Siriraj Center of Research Exellence for Cancer Immunotherapy (SiCORE-CIT),
Department of Research and Development, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. Our group main research interest is on cellular immunotherapy for cancer. We have explored, developed and reported the production and evaluation of Self-Differentiated Myeloid-Derived Antigen-Presenting Cells Reactive Against Tumor (SmartDC) and Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells against several cancer models. My main focus is the development of cellular immunotherapy for breast cancer. As breast cancer patients who are in advanced stages still lack effective treatment options and have poor prognosis, new and effective treatment strategy is required. Thus, I'm working on utilizing the SmartDC and CAR T cells technology for breast cancer therapy.
