I am a researcher in Siriraj Center of Research Excellence for Cancer Immunotherapy (SiCORE-CIT). I started my college education at the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, and obtained M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Immunology from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. I have been working as a short-term training researcher at Professor Lung-Ji Chang, University of Florida, USA. My areas of specialty and research interests include genetic engineering, molecular biology of cells, lentiviral vector, pre-clinical development of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells targeting childhood cancer, e.g, retinoblastoma, neuroblastoma, and B-cell malignancies. I have skill/interest in genetically modified T cells, engineered scFv, phage display, and other model systems for studying and developing new strategies for cancer treatment.
