ARANCINA
They are Italian rice balls that are stuffed, coated with bread crumbs and deep fried, and are a staple of Sicilian cuisine.
There are 2 types of arancina.
One is with meat and the other one is with butter.
CANNOLI
They consist of fried crispy doe and ricotta cream.
ANELLETTI AL FORNO ALLA PALERMITANA
It's baked a dish made of pasta with bolognese sauce, mozzarella, fried eggplant, and ham.
CASSATA SICILIANA
Is a traditional cake made with sweetened ricotta, sponge cake, royal paste, and candied fruit.
CROATIAN FOOD
PAŠTICADA
A traditional Croatian dish made of beef as a base and different vegetables (carrots, onion...)
and most of the time it's eaten with gnocchi.
DUBROVAČKA ROŽATA
It's a traditional Croatian dessert. The base of the recipe is milk, eggs, and sugar. There is also liqueur, lemon zest, and caramel.
VIŠKA POGAČA
Viška pogača, or pogača from the island of Vis, is a type of baked bread pie, similar to focaccia filled with anchovies or salty fish, onions and depending on which part of the island, tomatoes.
KROŠTULE
It's a traditional pastry from Dalmatia and Istria. It is made by deep frying dough.
