Shycheese (“we”) values and safeguards the privacy of personal information for those who use our products or services. This policy comprehensively outlines how we collect, use, store, protect, disclose and share your personal information. Important provisions that may affect your rights and interests are highlighted in bold typeface.

The main points of this Privacy Policy are as follows:

1.Personal Information We Collect

During your use of the Game Product Services, we collect information that you voluntarily provide or that is obtained through your use of the Services. We collect this information in order to provide and optimize our services to you, and to protect your account security. Our collection practices are as follows:

1.1 You can register an account to log in or access the product directly when using this game’s services. You can also create an account and log in to our products through third-party platform accounts such as Facebook, Google, etc. You will be required to provide us with information such as your third-party platform account avatar, username, and identification ID of your account. You can also access the game product directly as a visitor.

1.2 We collect information to protect your use of our services, maintain the game’s basic functions, optimize performance, enhance your gaming experience, and protect account security. This may include information you have consented to provide, such as user ID, device ID, device name, device type, version, system version, IP address, application ID, application interactions, Google Advertising ID (GAID/AAID) or other identifiers, network connection status, and network access mode and type. Refusal to authorize us or third-party platforms to obtain your information may result in limited or restricted access to our services.

Please note that for Android systems below version 6.0, your [IMEI, IMSI, MAC address] may be collected. Please ensure that your system is upgraded to version 6.0 or higher.

1.3 To ensure specific functions of the game and safe and stable operation, we may request or use relevant permissions of the operating system. Before opening any permissions, we will inform you of the corresponding purpose and ask for your consent (excluding cases where the mobile device’s operating system does not support it). The following details permissions requested:

(1) To save game data and pictures and to access photo albums on the feedback page, we may request permission to store external device data (application access and writing to the external storage space of the app).

(2) To provide traffic alerts and not increase your mobile data traffic while using our service, we need to check your network connection status. At this time, we may request permission to access your network status information, Wi-Fi status information and Internet.

(3) Request permission for the application to use Google Play Billing Service, which is used for purchasing in-app goods or subscription services.

(4) Request permission for the application to create foreground services, in order to provide services to user programs.

(5) Request permission for the application to publish notifications, used for alerting or informing the user.

(6) Request permission for the application to receive messages from Google Cloud Messaging services, used to receive real-time messages and notifications.

(7) Request permission for the application to control phone vibration, used to provide haptic feedback or alert the user; request permission for the application to keep the device awake, preventing the device from entering sleep mode.

(8) Request permission for the application to bind to the Google Play store’s acquisition installer referral service, used to understand the channels through which users download and install applications.

Tips about specific feature permissions: To turn off feature permissions that enable specific features, refer to or contact your mobile device’s service provider or manufacturer. Alternatively, you can contact us for assistance.

1.4 When you request information about our games and technical support, or contact us in any way through our feedback system, we may ask you to provide some information such as your account, email address, phone number, device ID, system language, app version and other information.

1.5 We may sell virtual items or merchandise exclusive to the game, including in-game props, de-advertising, and auto-renewal subscriptions, as provided within the product. Payment services are provided by Google, and we only obtain the result verification information of your completed payment from Google payment services. If you wish to know the specific rules for the collection of personal information by Google service providers, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy of your choice.

Please note that information such as device information, result verification information for payment, etc., is information that does not identify a specific natural person. If we use such non-personal information in combination with other information for the purpose of identifying a specific natural person, or use the remaining personal information in combination, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information during the combination period. We will anonymize and de-identify such personal information unless we obtain your authorization or as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

1.6 Cookies are a neutral technology that allows a web server to store data on or read data from a client. To optimize your experience, we may use cookies or similar technologies. We will not use this technology for any purpose other than those described in this Policy. Please understand that certain services are exclusively available through the use of the technologies described above. If your device or related program allows it, you can turn off or remove these technologies by changing the settings or by visiting the provider’s web page. However, this may affect your use of the product and/or service.

2. Legal Basis to Use Your Personal Information

We will use the collected information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and User Agreement, in strict compliance with laws and regulations, as well as our agreement with you. We will analyze the operation of the game based on the frequency and circumstances of your use of the product, fault information, performance information, etc., to ensure the safety of the service, optimize our products, and improve the quality of our service. We will not combine the information stored in the analysis software with the personally identifiable information you provide.

We will use the information collected for the purposes covered by this Privacy Policy. If we intend to use your personal information for purposes beyond those described in this Privacy Policy, we will revise this Privacy Policy and obtain your express consent before collecting your personal information again.

3.Third-Party Services

To ensure the safe and stable operation of the game and to realize specific functions, we provide third-party services within the game. We carefully select third parties and services, urge these third parties to collect and use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and User Agreement, and take appropriate security technology and management measures to protect the security of your personal information. 4.We Share, Transfer, Disclose Publicly Your Personal Information

Unless stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy and User Agreement, we will not actively share, provide, or transfer your personal information to third parties. If there is any other sharing, provision, or transfer of your personal information or you request us to share, provide, or transfer your personal information to a third party other than us, we will confirm this with you and obtain your express consent. We promise not to share, sell, or disclose the personal information that you provide to us or that we collect to third-party service providers without your consent. We will not collect any personal information on behalf of third-party service providers and will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations to ensure the confidentiality of your personal data.

If we terminate our services or operations, we and the third-party platforms we work with will promptly stop activities of continuing to collect your personal information and comply with relevant laws and regulations to notify you in advance and delete or anonymize your personal information after the termination of services or operations, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.

9.Specific Rules for Residents of Special Regions

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) took effect on January 1, 2020, granting privacy rights to residents of California. This section specifically addresses the circumstances concerning residents of California.

Sharing of Personal Information

According to the CCPA’s definition of “sharing” personal information, we do not share your personal information with any other third party without your consent. No such activity has occurred in the past period either.

Selling of Personal Information

According to the CCPA’s definition of “selling” personal information, we do not engage in the sale of user personal information, nor will we sell your personal information. No such activity has occurred in the past period either.

Disclosure of Personal Information

According to the requirements and provisions related to the disclosure of personal information specified in the CCPA, we have not disclosed your personal information to any third party. No such activity has occurred in the past period either.

(2)Retention of Personal Information

We retain information for a reasonable period as required by the CCPA to fulfill the purposes described in this policy (for example, to comply with our legal obligations, manage internal records, enforce our terms, and resolve disputes), unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

(3)Privacy Rights Related to Personal Information as Defined by the CCPA

If you are a resident of California and there are no exceptions to the CCPA that apply to you or your personal information, you have the following rights:

To know what personal information about you we have collected and retained in the past 12 months;

To understand the sources, purposes, and categories of the personal information we collect about you;

We do not sell your personal information, thus we do not provide an opt-out option for this. In terms of your personal information, you have relevant rights and choices. Under the VCDPA, where no exceptions are recognized as applicable to you or your personal information, you have the right to:

Request to know the sources, purposes, and categories of your personal information that we collect;

Request to correct any inaccurate personal information we have collected or that you have provided to us;

Request to delete your personal information, unless there are exceptions provided by law;

File a complaint regarding your requests. You can lodge a complaint about any of your rights requests and if necessary, appeal. You can contact us directly.

To protect your privacy, we may need to take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. If you are a resident of Virginia, you have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment from us for exercising your rights under the VCDPA.

Special Notice for Residents of Brazil

This section is applicable to residents of areas governed by the LGPD (General Data Protection Law), and if you are a resident of Brazil and we process your personal information, the following provisions apply:

(1)Under the LGPD, you may have the right to:

Request confirmation that we are processing your personal information;

Gain access to or be informed about your personal information;

Restrict our use of your personal information, including but not limited to anonymizing, blocking, or deleting unnecessary or excessive data, or processing data that does not comply with the LGPD;

Seek correction or amendment of inaccurate, false, incomplete, outdated, or improperly processed personal information;

Request deletion of your personal information, except for certain exceptions specified by the LGPD;

Refuse information based on consent and after having obtained relevant consequences.

Revoke consent for processing your personal information. Exercising this right will not affect the legality of any consent-based processing carried out before its withdrawal;

Demand that we transfer your data to another service or product provider when compliant with commercial and industrial secrecy as further stipulated by ANPD.

(2)Guardianship of Minors

If you are under the age of 18, you should not use this service without prior consent to this privacy policy by your parents/guardians for any purpose (whether for themselves or on your behalf). Without such consent, we do not intentionally collect any personal information from minors under the age of 18. If you believe we possess any personal information of a minor under 18 without such parental/guardian consent, please contact us, and we will immediately investigate (and delete) such personal information.

(3)Special Note

10. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update our Privacy Policy, we will post the new Privacy Policy by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the date of the update will signify your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, please stop accessing or using the Platform immediately. 

Please note that if we need to adapt the Policy to meet legal requirements, the new Policy will be effective immediately or as needed.
