1.Personal Information We Collect
During your use of the Game Product Services, we collect information that you voluntarily provide or that is obtained through your use of the Services. We collect this information in order to provide and optimize our services to you, and to protect your account security. Our collection practices are as follows:
1.1 You can register an account to log in or access the product directly when using this game’s services. You can also create an account and log in to our products through third-party platform accounts such as Facebook, Google, etc. You will be required to provide us with information such as your third-party platform account avatar, username, and identification ID of your account. You can also access the game product directly as a visitor.
1.2 We collect information to protect your use of our services, maintain the game’s basic functions, optimize performance, enhance your gaming experience, and protect account security. This may include information you have consented to provide, such as user ID, device ID, device name, device type, version, system version, IP address, application ID, application interactions, Google Advertising ID (GAID/AAID) or other identifiers, network connection status, and network access mode and type. Refusal to authorize us or third-party platforms to obtain your information may result in limited or restricted access to our services.
Please note that for Android systems below version 6.0, your [IMEI, IMSI, MAC address] may be collected. Please ensure that your system is upgraded to version 6.0 or higher.
1.3 To ensure specific functions of the game and safe and stable operation, we may request or use relevant permissions of the operating system. Before opening any permissions, we will inform you of the corresponding purpose and ask for your consent (excluding cases where the mobile device’s operating system does not support it). The following details permissions requested:
(1) To save game data and pictures and to access photo albums on the feedback page, we may request permission to store external device data (application access and writing to the external storage space of the app).
(2) To provide traffic alerts and not increase your mobile data traffic while using our service, we need to check your network connection status. At this time, we may request permission to access your network status information, Wi-Fi status information and Internet.
(3) Request permission for the application to use Google Play Billing Service, which is used for purchasing in-app goods or subscription services.
(4) Request permission for the application to create foreground services, in order to provide services to user programs.
(5) Request permission for the application to publish notifications, used for alerting or informing the user.
(6) Request permission for the application to receive messages from Google Cloud Messaging services, used to receive real-time messages and notifications.
(7) Request permission for the application to control phone vibration, used to provide haptic feedback or alert the user; request permission for the application to keep the device awake, preventing the device from entering sleep mode.
(8) Request permission for the application to bind to the Google Play store’s acquisition installer referral service, used to understand the channels through which users download and install applications.
Tips about specific feature permissions: To turn off feature permissions that enable specific features, refer to or contact your mobile device’s service provider or manufacturer. Alternatively, you can contact us for assistance.
1.4 When you request information about our games and technical support, or contact us in any way through our feedback system, we may ask you to provide some information such as your account, email address, phone number, device ID, system language, app version and other information.
1.5 We may sell virtual items or merchandise exclusive to the game, including in-game props, de-advertising, and auto-renewal subscriptions, as provided within the product. Payment services are provided by Google, and we only obtain the result verification information of your completed payment from Google payment services. If you wish to know the specific rules for the collection of personal information by Google service providers, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy of your choice.
Please note that information such as device information, result verification information for payment, etc., is information that does not identify a specific natural person. If we use such non-personal information in combination with other information for the purpose of identifying a specific natural person, or use the remaining personal information in combination, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information during the combination period. We will anonymize and de-identify such personal information unless we obtain your authorization or as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
1.6 Cookies are a neutral technology that allows a web server to store data on or read data from a client. To optimize your experience, we may use cookies or similar technologies. We will not use this technology for any purpose other than those described in this Policy. Please understand that certain services are exclusively available through the use of the technologies described above. We will analyze the operation of the game based on the frequency and circumstances of your use of the product, fault information, performance information, etc., to ensure the safety of the service, optimize our products, and improve the quality of our service. We will not combine the information stored in the analysis software with the personally identifiable information you provide.

According to the requirements and provisions related to the disclosure of personal information specified in the CCPA, we have not disclosed your personal information to any third party. No such activity has occurred in the past period either.
(2)Retention of Personal Information
We retain information for a reasonable period as required by the CCPA to fulfill the purposes described in this policy (for example, to comply with our legal obligations, manage internal records, enforce our terms, and resolve disputes), unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

This section is applicable to residents of areas governed by the LGPD (General Data Protection Law), and if you are a resident of Brazil and we process your personal information, the following provisions apply:

10. Updates to this Privacy Policy

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the date of the update will signify your acceptance of the updated Policy.
