Shuukan ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a habit-tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Shuukan, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
We collect the following types of information:
Account information: When you sign in with email, Apple, or Google, we (via Firebase Authentication) receive your email address and a unique account identifier. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we may also receive your name, depending on what you choose to share during sign-in.
Habit and progress data: The habits you create, your completion history, streaks, reminders, and related stats. This data is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore/Database so it can sync across your devices.
Usage data (if analytics is enabled): We may use Firebase Analytics or similar tools to collect anonymized or aggregated information about how the App is used (e.g., feature usage, session length, crash reports) to help us improve the App. This does not include the content of your habits.

shuukan uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore/Database, and optionally Analytics/Crashlytics) to provide core app functionality. Firebase may process your data on our behalf in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Your account and habit data are stored securely in Firebase's cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You can edit or delete your habit data at any time within the App.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
You can disable notification reminders at any time in your device settings.
Shuukan is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
