Our research group is actively seeking 1-2 Ph.D. candidates annually who are poised to delve into condensed matter theory, quantum physics, and computational physics. Candidates with a grasp of quantum mechanics, solid-state physics, statistical physics, complemented by foundational programming skills, are highly sought after for this role.

Research Areas:

• Strongly correlated quantum many-body systems

• Theoretical and numerical studies based on tensor networks

Pioneering Research Topics:

• Development of tensor network algorithms

• Advancements in quantum computing and quantum simulations

• Exploration of topological quantum states and phase transitions

• Unraveling the microscopic mechanisms behind high-temperature superconductivity
