Shuo Qi

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in Digital Inclusion and Governance at William & Mary’s Global Research Institute and a Faculty Affiliate of the Economics Department at William & Mary. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Southern Methodist University.  My research focuses on econometrics under partial observability, especially network models and misspecification. I study how economists can recover economic information from incomplete and imperfect data. My applied work studies peer effects, technology adoption, and financial inclusion.
