Additional Work Terms & Conditions

1. Final Price Confirmation
   The client must confirm and approve the final price before booking our services. No work will begin without price confirmation.
   
   

2. Work Completion Timeline
   Once the assigned work is completed, the client will be notified. The client must be available to receive the completed work at the agreed time.
   
   

3. Service Agreement / Contract
   Before starting any work, a written service contract must be signed by both parties. Work will only begin after the contract is signed.
   
   

4. Payment Terms
   The client must follow the payment schedule mentioned in the contract. Any delay in payment may delay the delivery of the final output.
   
   

5. Advance Booking Amount
   A non-refundable advance amount must be paid at the time of booking. The booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance.
   
   

6. Changes or Additional Requests
   Any additional work, edits, or changes requested after the final approval may incur extra charges.
   
   

7. Cancellation Policy
   If the client cancels the booking after confirmation, the advance amount will not be refunded.
   
   

8. Client Responsibilities
   The client must provide accurate information, required materials, and cooperation throughout the project to ensure timely completion.
   
   

9. Our Rights
   We reserve the right to refuse any work that violates our policies, professional ethics, or legal boundaries.

Others Terms & Conditions 

1. Any issues that may arise will be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties.
   
   

2. The specified delivery timeline is final and will not be changed unless the service provider deems it necessary.
   
   

3. The service provider will not be held responsible if services are delayed due to natural disasters, accidents, or any circumstances beyond their control.
   
   

4. The service provider will make every possible effort to deliver quality service.
   
   

5. If the client wishes to change the event date or venue, they must inform at least 10 days in advance. If the new date conflicts with the service provider’s previously scheduled bookings, the service provider is not obligated to provide the service on the new date, and additional charges may apply.
   
   

6. Photos and videos may be used on social media, portfolios, or promotional materials.
   
   

7. The client must make payments only through cash / UPI / bank transfer.
   
   

8. Once the total service price has been fixed and confirmed, it will be considered final and cannot be changed later.
   
   

9. Final delivery of photographs/videos/other materials will be completed within 2–3 months from the event date.
   
   

10. Booking & Payment Terms:
    
    

    • For advance booking, the client must pay 20% of the total service amount or 2000 Rupees, whichever is higher.
      
      

    • 60% of the payment must be made within 10 days after the event.
      
      

    • The remaining 20% payment must be made at the time of final delivery.
