I am an Assistant Professor in Economics at the School of Economics, University of Leicester, U.K. I am also a Research Affiliate of the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA), Fellow of the Global Labor Organization (GLO), Research Affiliate of the Erasmus School of Economics (ESE) Rotterdam, and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). I was a Researcher in Economics at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER) in 2019-2023, and Visiting Associate of the Centre for Economic Performance (CEP) at the LSE in Spring 2018. 

Research interests: Applied Microeconomics, Political Economy, Labor Economics, and Behavioral Economics
