BloodRayne: Nocturne 3 by Brian Uhe

BLOODRAYNE: NOCTURNE 3 Game Idea by Brian Uhe (BloodRayne 5 & Nocturne 4)

IT’S NOW TOTAL WAR.

Friendly reminder:

Rayne = BloodRayne slasher mood feeling.

Monster enemies = Nocturne horror mood feeling.

Svetlana Lupescu has been issued a spider thread bracelet.

Because most of the enemies are the living dead, perhaps mini mancows, which she would bite into (near object + feed button), and armory and ammo would be found in certain areas to compensate, also Jurgen Wulf’s soldiers would have guns and ammo while some of D. Mauler’s cyborg zombies with built in guns would have ammo. The guns thing would be like the BloodRayne 1 game (updated version) (near guns + feed button to pick up) (switch guns = right bumper while switching to Carpathian Guns = hold left bumper + right bumper) while feeding on others or reloading the Carpathian Dragons to use could still be possible if the victims are alive or newly dead.

Because of the rebuilding of the Votum City, things are starting to look a bit civilized with people and businesses while Big Vamp’s cars (BloodRayne: Nocturne 2 idea) are used as taxis and are now upgraded with a steampunk look to make them more efficient. They still use some modern-looking tech that the Brimstone Society already had. Some areas need some stunt driving to get through. The city is considered a “tourist attraction” because it’s the only area in the whole world that isn’t covered by shroud. They also have broadcast and internet media and with phones they can text with and also make calls if they feel like it. Despite this, things are still a bit crude. The Brimstone Society soldiers act as police which some people aren't happy about.

The shroud towers have been destroyed and the human resistance and their allies have become stronger, while the work to create a scientific version of the crystals still continues, hence the shroud still covers most of the world for a least 100 years. Kasumi has become desperate with all her overlord underlings now gone, her children who she never loved. Kasumi decides to do something she would have never dared to do in the past which involves a dangerous mystical book, which is one half of the Mortuus Liber, that opens a portal to a dimension that has such horrifying creatures and a powerful demonic being called Nocramia who’s dangerous and untrustworthy, as well as considered insane even by demon standards, but has perhaps the power to help the vampires regain what control over the world that they lost. It’s 17 V.E. (Vampiric Era) or 2 R.E. (Revolutionary Era), depending on which calendar is being used by each person.

<Nocramia> - Sanity is merely a weak myth that others use to hide from the reality that things happen in life thanks to madness, which is why death is such a necessity.

<Nocramia> - I wear a robe with a hood and carry a scythe because that’s how the mortals view me through their fear. And who am I to question my fans?

<Nocramia> - Kasumi thinks she’s using me, and she’s right, and it makes it so easy when it comes to using her.

<Nocramia> - I am the dark sandman who sends you to your final sleep.

<Kasumi> - This Nocramia makes one wonder if the afterlife is an insane asylum.

<Kasumi> - We shall bathe in our enemies’ blood! (Nocramia responds by saying) Yeah! My kinda death!

<Nocramia> - (Acting like his scythe is a electric guitar as he brings forth the living dead) Time to bring on the real death metal!

Nocramia has the power to raise the dead. The quick, savage and hungry kind with no self-preservation. The iris of the zombies are white and they make screeching sounds. Rayne can feed on the freshly dead ones, but the long dead ones taste too awful. It’s revealed that Nocramia wrote the Mortuus Liber and purposely left it on earth in two halves in two different areas of the planet for the sake of having fun watching the mortals mess with the dark book. Remember, he’s crazy. The first thing that Nocramia does is use his powers to destroy the crystals in the sky that keeps the shroud at bay with flaming flying corpse projectiles, but luckily Votum City had the time and resources to build a effective defense for cases like this, thanks to Severin planning ahead. Like sun lamps for example based on Vesper Shard technology.

https://monster.fandom.com/wiki/Zombie

<Severin> - (Looking at the shroud coming back over the city) Well, it looks like it’s back to being between a rock and a harsh reality.

With some effort, Nocramia can bring back the dead as revenants, some “old friends” from BloodRayne 1, while they look slightly decomposed with green glowing eyes. Being WW2 Nazis of course means they have German accents.

https://monster.fandom.com/wiki/Revenant

(1) Jurgen Wulf. Who Rayne killed at the end of the BloodRayne 1 game. He has stitches holding his head and arms to his body, since Rayne sliced them off, while seen if not covered, and wears an eye patch over his missing right eye (Beliar’s eye) and still wears a monocle over his left eye. He also has a cigarette holder that he uses. Nocramia has given him the power to mentally control the dead that used to be the Nazi Soldiers, SS Troopers, GGG Elite Troopers and GGG Jetpack Troopers (BloodRayne 1) who still have their skills. The GGG Jetpack Troopers can be brought down to the ground with chain harpoon. A general and his army. As well as the mastermind of everything because Nocramia rather watch and be entertained. He’s still #2 on Rayne’s hate list, since there’s Kagan. Wulf has a straightforward and sadistic mind. He still has Beliar’s teeth, rib and right hand, which he managed to bring with him to hell, and the powers they give him while being in hell has allowed him greater knowledge in using them. Wulf bumps into Stranger and somehow they’re in a stalemate because of Wulf’s army and for some reason Wulf senses that Stranger would be hard to kill, but his “people” can restrain him, so it would be best for Stranger, who was smart enough to keep his distance, to make a run for it when needed and fight later when he has a better advantage. Wulf tells Stranger that he has heard of him but most of the stuff was like rumors as if he was a myth while Stranger tells Wulf that he has heard of him and none of it was even close to good. If possible, Rayne can take the jetpack of a GGG Jetpack Trooper, if it doesn’t explode that is, and use it until it’s fuel runs out or gets too damaged and Rayne automatically removes it while “too damaged” is where the jetpack flies out of control and explodes when it hits the ground and perhaps take down some enemies depending on where it lands.

https://bloodrayne.fandom.com/wiki/J%C3%BCrgen_Wulf

https://bloodrayne.fandom.com/wiki/Enemies

<Jurgen Wulf> - True immortality comes from ideas, the one thing death can never have, so even if you do kill me again, as long as there are those who continue where I left off, whether it’s similar or a new way, beings like me will always be around.

<Jurgen Wulf> - The advantage is ours because the dead outnumber the living and the living are destined to die and join our rank.

(2) D. Mauler. His cybernetic enhancements have been mystically enhanced. He gets some zombies and shows he has the power to convert them into cyborgs with weapons in a nanotech steampunk way while using outside materials and they have an A.I. that talks to guide them since they’re mindless. He does things like a turf war, especially to gang member turned vampires who are in his way. Mauler is upfront, very blunt and dominant. D. Mauler has Kagan’s tower collapsing down with Rayne in it, by taking down the support pillars like a powerful bad-ass, while she has to run and use her agility to quickly get out.

https://bloodrayne.fandom.com/wiki/D._Mauler

<D. Mauler> - For the master race to be truly strong they must become one with the machine.

<D. Mauler> - (Facing some turned vampires while looking for Rayne) Tell me what I want to know and you get to live a little longer, because refusal will only mean that you die now.

<Rayne> - (Facing D. Mauler after she escaped from the collapsing Kagan’s tower) I don’t know whether to be appreciated or pissed off. I mean on one hand, I did think about tearing down daddy’s ego trip for a long time, (annoyed) but on another hand, I was inside when it was coming down. (blades come out) Maybe I can be a little of both.

(3) P. Eckstein. After being exposed to his own toxic gas, Rayne beheaded him, so he carries his head with one of his arms. He can create mystical toxic gas. He takes over a factory and spreads his toxic gas that’s killing people. He can be arrogant and overconfident at times.

https://bloodrayne.fandom.com/wiki/P._Eckstein

(4) G. Gosler. Rayne killed him after he begged for his life and was willing to share the plans of the mobile armor. He can create mystical machinery. The others see him as a coward and are disgusted with being near him. He’s partly charred because he died inside a mobile armor that exploded. He starts taking over the vehicles and technology of the city and causing mayhem. He perhaps hates Rayne more then the rest because he blames her for his humiliation and cowardliness from BloodRayne 1. In the end he and Rayne fight each other with an advanced and demonic-looking version of his mobile armor from BloodRayne 1 that he created and Rayne is delighted, since she thinks mobile armors are cool, and thinks Gosler has outdone himself. The mobile armors can sorta “jog” and jump when they move.

https://bloodrayne.fandom.com/wiki/G._Gosler

(5) Sigmund and Simon Krieger. Because they’re already dead, killing one to kill the other won’t work. They have the power to merge into a super-version of themselves that has two heads. While the others are driven by their thirst for revenge because Rayne killed them, the brothers admit that they’re driven by the pleasure of fighting her again and are happy that her beauty hasn’t faded over the years. They take over a prison faculty that’s holding demons, now zombies, which some have been seen in BloodRayne 2, like those winged creatures for example, and expects Rayne to come. They are very charming, well-mannered and chatty. The twins still often finish each other sentences. The prison right now is like a insane asylum of horror with the inmates in charge. Rayne can’t understand why someone thought imprisoning these things was a good idea, but that’s bureaucracy for ya.

https://bloodrayne.fandom.com/wiki/Sigmund_and_Simon_Krieger

<Sigmund and Simon Krieger> - (Sigmund says) We can’t wait to see you perform again. (Simon says) And are willing to beg if necessary.

(6) Von Blut. Tentacles come out of him. He’s seriously enraged with Rayne for killing him before he could realize his dream of discovering that Aryans were descended from the people of Atlantis, which isn’t true, but the fanatic still holds his delusions. He takes over a church and has hostages that he sees as believers. He also goes after his descendant Doctor Jill Blut to punish her for having a Jewish mother and “polluting” the Blut bloodline. Nocramia was the one who told him about Jill for the purpose of motivation of doing his part in bringing up the chaos.

https://bloodrayne.fandom.com/wiki/Von_Blut

<Von Blut> - Beliar has delivered me from the fires of hell to bring the gift called the truth to the world.

<Von Blut> - (While holding Doctor Jill Blut with one of his tentacles and is angry) Congratulation, child, for you are the one who has filled me with rage that I never felt before and all you had to do was simply exist.

<Rayne> - What ever happened to the good old days where people I killed stayed dead?

(7) Out of hilarious cruelty, Nocramia also brings back Mynce, Rayne’s mentor. Her natural dhampir strength is augmented and she has a hole in her chest where her heart was ripped out while still wearing her G.G.G. outfit. Nocramia mentions that he needs to focus on controlling Mynce, because even though the others are very willing, she’s very reluctant. Jurgen Wulf, the one who killed her, mentions that at least this time they can trust the “mongrel” to not betray them and believes it's best to use her against Rayne for psychological warfare purposes based on their past relationship, which kinda works. She can do the glowing blade technique, since she's the one who invented it, and thanks to Nocramia’s augmentation, she’s able to do Blood Frenzy where the red glow of the blades behave like fire. She can also do a super Blood Storm. It’s also revealed that she does know some Tibetan magical spells like how to cause a spring of water to come forth and take advantage of a dhampir’s weakness to water and a purification one that involves salt that takes advantage of Rayne’s weakness that she gets from her witch mark which again isn’t as potent as it is to a normal witch, thanks to her vampire half. Rayne (8) and Svetlana (17) found out about Mynce’s Tibetan magic in 1923 when Sir Tremayne's estate was attacked by demons and made them promise to keep it a secret. When Mynce was alive she would use her Tibetan magic like a hidden ace card when needed, while the Brimstone Society had no record of this ability and Rayne replied by saying it’s best not to trust those who see you as nothing but a weapon. She also has her blades, forged by a mystical Tibetan blacksmith, which are placed in sheaths strapped to the side of her boots when not in use and chain harpoon which Nocramia somehow procured and gave them to her personally. Svetlana even bumps into the undead Mynce and they fight a little, give chase in an acrobatic way, and fight some more in a gameplay way, but it ends with Mynce leaving in a way that tells Svetlana that she’s here for Rayne. Svetlana tries to tell Rayne that Mynce isn’t some stranger out to kill her but the one who trained them and chances are they don’t know all her “tricks”, which her secret Tibetan magic confirmed long ago, and her undead state seems to leave no restraints.

https://bloodrayne.fandom.com/wiki/Mynce

In one of the Rayne’s missions she is taking a break and she and Severin, via radio, have a talk about how it should be daytime now and Rayne would have taken shelter from the sun, while Rayne says that the creation of the shroud took the lives of many and the Cult of Kagan didn’t care about who was innocent or not, or even if they were children, and she’s pretty sure that the overlords and the other pure vampires were no different in their areas. Rayne believes staying indoors half the day or a bad case of sunburn was better then seeing that abomination up in the sky and hopefully the whole world, as well as the city once again, will one day be free of it. They also talk about the seemly harmless ghosts that has been seen by Rayne and Severin mentions reports that she’s not the only one. He believes that they’re no doubt connected with the zombies while worried that it’s a sign of worse things to come as if a natural order is being disrupted. Elsewhere, a curse of the pharaohs is trigger at a abandon museum and the possibility that the Nocramia’s power had something to do with it because of it’s effects to the “environment”. Dead mummified warriors, with Egyptian swords and shields, have appeared and started attacking people like the zombies. A mummy’s weakness is perhaps fire, since they tend to be dry and coated with various oils and resins while probably has a fear of cats because they are seen as guardians of the Underworld. There's also wraiths and animated skeletons of the long dead. Maybe zombie animals from the zoo of the BloodRayne 2 game like gorillas, lions, elephants, snakes and other animals.

<Nocramia> - (amused) Oops! Did I accidentally do that? What fun!

<Rayne> - Mummy is just another word for momma’s boy.

https://monster.fandom.com/wiki/Mummy

https://monster.fandom.com/wiki/Wraith

Ghouls, the undead kind who were already here before Nocramia’s arrival, are also causing trouble because they see this as the dead taking over while eating zombies, because they’re dead flesh, to make sure they’re in charge while partying by eating living people. They hate being mistaken for zombies.

<Head Ghoul> - The difference between us ghouls and zombies is that we can think and talk, which is the two reasons why I’m able to brag about that.

<Head Ghoul> - (Nervous because his side is losing to Rayne) Say, there’s no need to get nasty. (and Rayne says) Well you happen to be one very good reason to get nasty.

https://monster.fandom.com/wiki/Ghoul

(Prologue of the game) In 1923, Sir Tremayne hired and paid a dwarf woman named Hatnila (mentioned in BloodRayne: Nocturne 1 idea) to create two pairs of blades and bracers which were for Svetlana and Rayne. In 1932, in Europe, Sir Tremayne had someone leave the other set for the homeless 17 year old Rayne to find, after she escaped from police custody who thought she committed murder because of a disbelief in vampires. Rayne realized the blades looked like Svetlana's. Teenage Rayne decided not to look a gift horse in the mouth, since she was starting to have an idea on how to use these blades which led to her on continuing the hunt for her father for revenge and being noticed and invited by the Brimstone Society in 1933 in the BloodRayne 1 game, where she found out that Sir Tremayne was affiliated with, the one who "raised" her. Rayne thought that she and the blades were a match made in heaven. At a distance, Mynce is watching Rayne which reveals that she was the one who left the blades.

Rayne has been doing meditation in hopes to control DarkRayne has much as she can. She fears what will happen when and if the war ends, because it’s been the focus of DarkRayne’s hunger for chaos and destruction and without it she may end up being a threat to the world. She even had a nightmare where DarkRayne was after her in a hunter and prey kind of way.

Nocramia doesn't tell Kasumi about is his sister, Mistallia, who's like a smoke-like spirit who came out of the same portal that Nocramia came out of without anyone noticing. She acts as his naughty little spy who gives him information. She tells him about Rayne's dark half, DarkRayne, and is intrigued enough to visit her and get a sniff off her to sense what it is, and mumbles about how it’s probably getting him high when doing it. He tells Mistallia that Kasumi’s end is near because of her desperation of summoning someone like him and not even he can prevent it, and despite that, Mistallia ask him what he was going to do and he says he’s probably going to watch and be entertained. Mistallia amusingly tells Nocramia that he can be such an asshole and Nocramia…. amusingly…. agrees.

<Nocramia> - (Talking to Rayne) I know what you're thinking. If you can somehow manage to get rid of the witch mark, you can make that thing go away, but I'm afraid it's not that easy. You see, the mark is not a source, but a key, one that unlocks what's already there, thus meaning that this dark thing you turn into has always been there within you when you're angry, frustrated, taking joy of others' suffering and of course having a moment of insanity. Your battle for control with, your enemy, is you. (Rayne of course questions Nocramia’s honesty and he says that a true bastard is always willing to tell the truth if it works better then a lie.)

Another Snow solo mission. A month or two before the Butcheress arrived in the city in her Doctor Aubrey D’Achille disguise, she had her minions restrain humans in the city and by force injected with a serum that had harpy DNA in it, thus transforming them into harpies who terrorizes sections of the city. This is meant as a distraction to allow “Doctor Aubrey D’Achille” to do the kind of work that she doesn’t want her so called new allies to learn about. Her minions continued to do this until the harpy population was at optimal level. The Brimstone Society thinks they found their nest and Snow volunteers to investigate, and if possible, terminate. The harpies are savage and territorial flying predators with claws on their hands and feet. It’s mentioned that these harpies are more humanoid then the average kind, who have human-like heads on bird-like bodies, because they’re humans with harpy DNA spliced into them.

https://powerlisting.fandom.com/wiki/Harpy_Physiology

TANYA = To Snow’s surprise, during her solo mission, she finds a harpy named Tanya who still retains her human intelligence when she begged her not to kill her and her tied up mother who she knocked out to save her. The scientists at Brimstone Society examine her and believe that maybe something about her DNA is what prevented her from becoming feral when she was turned into a harpy. One of the scientists is “Doctor Aubrey D’Achille” who gains a scientific interest in her, especially if she can find a way to create intelligent harpy soldiers from her, but knows that she needs to be careful around her, so she doesn’t find out that she’s responsible for her condition. Despite retaining her human personality, Tanya still has some harpy behavior characteristics when it comes to fighting or eating, which she finds the latter embarrassing when people are watching. She remembers very little to what happened to her and her mother because she was mostly drugged by the ones who held her against her will at a dark alley and felt a needle. She later woke up finding herself as a harpy and found other harpies at the nest and kept her distance from the others because she was different while trying to protect her feral mother who instinctively accepted her as her offspring. Tanya is the same age as Snow (15). Records shows that Tanya’s mother, before she was born, managed to reach the Brimstone Society underground stronghold after the shroud incident happened, like that boy at the end of the BloodRayne 2 game, and later both mother and daughter left sometime later after the events of the Shroud Above 1 game idea. They have a photo of Tanya when she was human and information, since she was once a resident. The information also says that the father was a Brimstone Society soldier who died in action before she was born.

A hate group called Earth For Humans, or E.F.H., who semi-invaded Votum City a few months ago, think that vampires and other non-human creatures, including their allies, should be wiped out from the face of the earth or taken back to their ‘home dimension’, despite the fact that most of them are native to earth, and they have been using propaganda like rewritten recent history that says that every victory against the vampires was done by the humans, while the non-human allies either did nothing or were really working for the other side and the reason the shroud has returned. There’s even one that says it was humans that freed Votum City, once called Dreadful City, of the shroud and threw the dhampir out of power, while the truth is that Rayne was the one who did it and resigned afterwards, though Rayne doesn't care what people think. The one who heads it, Jacob Prye, acts like a self-righteous politician who doesn’t care about the consequences and who gets hurt, while it’s obvious that he loves power. Vanity and The Red Sea have been having problems with these people and their illegitimate ‘purity police’ has made them even more dangerous that something needs to be done with them while they seem to be having a gang fight with the Brimstone Society soldiers for control of the city. They’re also ruthless to humans they consider as traitors. Much later they make the mistake of capturing Snow and her new Harpy friend Tanya and planning to give them a public execution to rile up the followers and hoping for more followers to come, but sadly becomes Rayne’s problem. The head of E.F.H. also has a spoiled daughter named Alicia who acts like she's a princess who was born better then everyone that Rayne thinks wouldn't last 5 minutes being middle-class. During the gameplay, Rayne finds the 1902 photo of the original members of Spookhouse and a old portrait of Jonathan Prye (Blair Witch Vol. 3: The Elly Kedward Tale). Severin, via radio, tells Rayne about the Blair township’s witch problem in 1785 that ended where Jonathan went back to being a priest while his family tree obviously had different ideas. It’s also revealed that the reason the E.F.H. have so much resources is because it’s kinda the new Spookhouse in disguise and the head of E.F.H. is a member of the filthy rich Prye family who had some influence with the US government and knew about the old Spookhouse and after the 1942 incident, and in 1945, the family and their allies, which some had some connections with the old Spookhouse, created and continued a fanatical version of Spookhouse in secret. Like the Brimstone Society, they too were prepared for an apocalypse and later decided to move to Votum City as their starting point of wiping out the supernatural. Their base has alarms that can be taken out before being used (BloodRayne 1). The soldiers have advanced guns, batons and staffs that are similar to the ones that the bad guys in the Aeon Flux game used and there’s evidence that they were based on prototypes developed by Doc Holliday which Rayne mentions that this lady seemed to have made the best toys since she learned back then that the sun guns were also her work.

<The head of the E.F.H> - (Through a speaker while talking to an unimpressed and alert Rayne who’s alone for the moment) You know I have to destroy you all to restore the natural way of life, especially you, Miss Rayne, because despite what I have been saying to the public about who was the one who saved the day, it can’t go out that it was you who did all that, an inhuman abomination, and you’re no hero, no, you’re a cold-hearted predator with no remorse…. A monster. (Devilish amused Rayne says) Is that suppose to make me fall into despair because of an awful truth? To fall to my knees crying while you feel so big and mighty behind a speaker? I’ll let you in on a little secret, I have always known I was a monster long before you were even born…. And I’m ok with it.

The E.F.H. has a witch hunter order that was misguidedly inspired by Jonathan Prye and who worked like hit men when the modern world used to not believe in the supernatural, but still retain the skills when it comes to hitting their target before they knew it. These people have received orders to terminate Rayne when they found out about the dhampir with the witch mark, which they also see as the devil's mark, thanks to the evidence that came from the E.F.H. They are cold and religious professionals that don’t hesitate when it comes to the kill.

<Rayne> - (When fighting the witch hunters) So you guys are doing this in memory of a guy who wanted to be a priest more then a witch hunter, right? Seriously, that’s like becoming a drunk in memory of a guy who liked to be sober.

There's a Brimstone Society soldier named Stephen who everyone seemed to like and was nice to everyone, including people who belonged to the supernatural, but later it's revealed that he's a professional spy for the E.F.H. and was the one who captured Snow and Tanya. Snow, after being freed by Rayne, later takes care of him. Severin was actually suspicious of Stephen because of how nice he was, as if he had something to hide and/or was up to something and shares it with the Stranger, who kinda spooks him, which is why he’s later seen, when Rayne arrives, with one of his 1911 Colt .45 Pistols pointed at the head of the head of E.F.H. who’s sitting at his desk in his office, and the lights are dimmed in case some E.F.H. thugs comes barging in, with his teenage daughter threatening the unimpressed Stranger of getting sued while Stranger mildly responds by saying good luck with the miracle of finding a lawyer in this world order. The two were obviously no threat to Stranger as he’s sorta chilling and has his free hand in his coat pocket. Stranger is willing to admit that even though Severin is a bit of a coward, he’s also a bit of a professional when it comes to spotting things. He also mentions the reason he got here before Rayne is because sometimes the easy way can be the smart way. The head of E.F.H pleaded with Stranger by telling him that he used to be one of them and he replied by saying that they're not Spookhouse. Minutes later, Brimstone Society soldiers arrive and fight E.F.H. soldiers and Rayne says it looks like Brimstone Society vs Spookhouse and ask Stranger who he’s rooting for and he mildly says not the wannabes.

<Snow> (Captured with Tanya) I guess it’s true what they say about nice guys. (Stephen is curious) And what would that be? (Snow responds) Some of them are just sick bastards who wait for the opportunity to screw everyone. (Stephen is amused) Based on your situation, I would say that you’re right.

<Stephen> - (Tries to make his getaway but gets kick between the legs by Snow’s foot by surprise. He’s on his knee holding his crotch while saying in a squeaking painful voice.) Ooooooooooo! My we-we! (Annoyed Snow’s lower part shown) Alas, poor Stephen, we apparently didn't know you well. (Blade comes out) And I do mean poor Stephen.

Before Rayne, Snow and Tanya leave the E.F.H. base, while Rayne mentions in a sarcastic way that Stranger had mysteriously disappeared, they’re surprisingly attack by the zombie versions of the elite dhampirs (2 males and 4 females) from BloodRayne 2 who run on instinct and the female elite dhampir who was the original owner of Snow’s blades (BloodRayne: Nocturne 1 idea) goes after her as if instinctively wanting them back. The 3 other female dhampirs who still have their blades also have their “pre-upgraded” Serpent Predators guns that they sometimes shoot recklessly. Rayne jokes that she knew she should have cremated these bastards and now it’s biting her in the ass, which as zombies they’ll probably find delicious. A double team play that’s similar to the Shroud Above 2 idea. The still shocked Tanya stays out of the way.

https://bloodrayne.fandom.com/wiki/Other_Dhampir

<Snow> - (Spooked by the zombie female elite dhampir) Oh’ jeez! It’s the one who I grave-robbed the blades from!

The head witch, Morana, could sense what Kasumi has done and it’s revealed that she has the second half of the Mortuus Liber and even though it was her foolishness that brought out DarkRayne, luckily she had enough common sense to never use the book, but things have gotten seriously dangerous that she may end up doing it and she is at least thinking about it. Nocramia knows she has the book and it pleases him that true pure chaos may end up released onto the world. The other witches are worried that maybe their leader is becoming a threat to the coven and perhaps needs to be dealt with, but for now, they wait and see. They also know that Kasumi has the other half of the Mortuus Liber and fear what would happen if the book became whole again.

More Nocturne stuff. Stranger, that Rayne finds at Club Farraige sitting with a drink with unconscious or dead E.F.H thugs on the floor who wanted payback from him messing with their boss and seeks his expertise, mentions that he had faced zombies in the past, but they were the slow and falling apart kind, while these versions seem to have a vigor that gives them the strength and speed of a madman. He comes up with an idea of visiting a young black woman who runs a voodoo shop that's been getting good business because of the shroud that happens to be in Votum City. The woman's name is Anna and she's the latest host of the Loa named Baron Samedi (Nocturne game). When Baron takes over, Anna loses consciousness while standing up with her head down, while Baron's spirit form is seen above her with smoke. Baron has a Cajun accent with a deep spirit voice. They come to him for information on how to defeat Nocramia, which pleases his chaotic mood that he responses to this request for an audience, but because this involved the mortal world, it would have to be a favor in the future for a favor now because of the rules and he mentions that he knows about Stranger’s deal with Asgaya Gigagei (Blair Witch Vol. 1: Rustin Parr) to take his curse of eternal life in 1941 in Burkittsville, Maryland after finishing business there and told no one except Svetlana when she noticed that he wasn’t aging. That he must of saw the curse as a tool against the dark forces and Baron wonders if he wants to add to the dept since one day he’ll have to deal with Hecaitomix who will not be happy. Baron also mentions that he once warned Stranger about him and favors (Nocturne game). Rayne volunteers and the Baron tells her that she's in luck, in a small way, because the returned favor is to take down Nocramia, because him being here and doing what he's doing is bringing imbalance between the world of the living and the land of the dead, and that is bad for business for a Loa. That Nocramia must return to the shadows. The solution is based on the fact that life is a struggle and something to fight for, while death has no reason to fight and Nocramia is based on the principle of death. He’s crazy, dangerous and very powerful, but having to struggle is his weakness, making him work for it for no reason, because why would the dead need things like say power and wealth? Before Stranger leaves, Baron gives him a freebie and tells him that he once met the one he seeks when it was a human boy.

Stranger, despite working with the Brimstone Society for the war against the vampires, goes behind their back to look for old files of theirs, in the record room of the Brimstone Society underground stronghold, that has stuff that survived the 1939 fire incident of the Blood Library, in his investigation of the one behind the Spookhouse incident. It's revealed that after the Spookhouse incident of 1942, the killer took Doc Holliday as a captive and tortured her for information about Stranger because of deranged obsession. Stranger found her in a bloody mess and dying, but she managed to live long enough to tell him, to warn him, about the monster and how it was more horrifying then anything Spookhouse had ever faced. Svetlana, as a friend, and Moloch, because he already lost his body, warn him not to go too far with this, especially since today's Brimstone Society probably doesn't even know about what happened. To their surprise, Mora is there with Xerx Mephistopheles’ journal (BloodRayne: Nocturne 2 idea) that she's willing to share with them based on the fact that they're trained investigators outside of the Brimstone Society who are also after the being that she reveals to them is called The Forgotten Child. What the three find in the journal, is that The Forgotten Child's true identity could perhaps be Tommy (Nocturne game), a kid Stranger met in a small town called Redeye in Texas in 1931 and it's possible that he, without anyone knowing, was somehow infected with Gardath’s evil (Nocturne game), after helping Stranger get to the old mines and Gardath being sealed, and later mutated into a demon, while could still look like his child human self if he wanted to. In 1933, Tommy, The Forgotten Child, slaughter the whole town and minions of the Cult of Kagan managed to capture him. In 1942, Kagan’s children, since Kagan was unavailable at the time because of the Blood Library incident (1939) which took 5 long years for Xerx to put him back together again (BloodRayne 2), decided to see if they could use The Forgotten Child as a weapon and the target would be Spookhouse because they knew that they created the Vesper Shard and that made them a potential threat, but afterwards, The Forgotten Child disappeared and what control the cult thought they had on it was nothing but an illusion. Stranger, Svetlana and the Moloch medallion aren't comfortable with working with someone like Mora, who’s a vampire, but the three believe that if what the book says is true, then this undesirable partnership may be both important and necessary.

<Past Memory Voice Tommy> - (inside Stranger’s head and from Nocturne game) Did you kill all the monsters? You’re great! I’m gonna be just like you when I grow up.

During their search through the records, before Mora appeared, Svetlana found an old document about an experiment to creating the perfect monster hunter and that one of the requirements was that the test subject had to be at a very young age to start with, while there's a mention about an incident where the test subject escaped. This kinda fits the rumors about Stranger, since the Brimstone Society no doubt had religious type members, including the fanatical kind, but Svetlana decides to keep this to herself, since she doesn't know if whether or not this has something to do with Stranger and if Sir Tremayne knew who he was, and of course tells the Moloch medallion that she wears to be quiet about it as well because there’s no proof that it is him.

<Joshua Stranger> - I'm not doing this out of revenge, or justice, nor am I trying to be a hero, and I do not give a damn if I'm seen as the villain, but there's a monstrosity out there that needs to be taken out and we're all that's left of Spookhouse to get it done.

The Butcheress had finally decided to leave the pure vampires before things got even worse and uses the fact that it’s rare for someone who has seen her without her surgical mask and does a convincing french accent to hide her German one. She goes by the name Doctor Aubrey D’Achille who offers her services to the other side, but this is merely step one, to wipe out the pure vampires, while step 2 is to betray her new allies afterwards. She has “assistants” who are secretly clones and some of them are women. To purchase some trust, she provides them with some bits of data about the shroud, which she had access to when she was working with the pure vampires, which they didn’t know about, while making her new “allies” thinks she got it from her own research of the shroud. She later receives a spooky call from P. Eckstein, who’s suppose to be dead. The Butcheress manages to get a sample of Severin’s blood that has the Nosfer virus without him knowing it and plans to start work on modifying it.

Rayne suspected that Kagan was also Svetlana's father when Mynce mentioned her “half-sister” during a mission in Mortton, Louisiana in 1933 from the BloodRayne 1 game and when Kagan said something about another like Rayne being stolen from him by Tremayne at the Blood Library in 1939 from the BloodRayne 2 game. Rayne hadn't seen Svetlana since Sir Tremayne’s funeral in 1939, until the BloodRayne: Nocturne 2 idea. The last thing that was said was Svetlana asking Rayne what was next for her now that Kagan was “dead”, which was the belief at the time, and Rayne responded by saying that she was going after his bastard kids. Rayne, because of a rare feeling of guilt and after Svetlana mentioning “Rayne’s father’s” building collapsing, tells Svetlana that her family was no doubt killed by Dariel because she was a daughter of Kagan, which she didn’t know until now, and it was cult policy to wipe out a dhampir's whole family. Svetlana is understandably upset that Rayne's obsession with revenge was considered more important then her knowing the truth and she felt that Rayne was hiding something during Sir Tremayne’s funeral. The talk ends with Svetlana asking if Mynce knew and Rayne gives a look that says yes. Svetlana says that she understands why the Brimstone Society had to be kept a secret, but this was different. She also says that it’s both unbelievable and not surprising when it comes to Rayne.

A Club Farraige scene where Vanity tells her people that they have trouble makers in this city, like the E.F.H., and tonight they are all bouncers, which involves guns and stuff. One of her people ask her about the zombies and she says ‘I suppose they’re a bit of a problem as well’.

Rayne finally faces her “grandmother” Kasumi, perhaps can be the final battle of the game after the Nocramia plan failed, and it’s revealed why she’s the most feared of all the pure vampires because of power and a lack of mercy that makes other pure vampires seem almost like saints in comparison, especially when her rage overwhelms her. The insanely enraged Kasumi flies to Votum City in a reckless way because the plan failed and takes down some Brimstone Society soldiers as if the were nothing like a wild beast without restraint while screaming Rayne’s name. She uses her power of flight among other powers like terror flames which burns someone both body and soul. It’s revealed that an alchemist from ancient times who was obsessed with immortality and power created an elixir that was used on giant bats (BloodRayne 1) as an experiment that unexpectedly evolved them into the first pure vampires. That Kasumi, the last of the first pure vampires, hated the dhampirs because they were half human which reminded her of that which is why she hates them so much. Kasumi wanted to live the fantasy that the vampires came before the humans and were rightfully their gods and not the truth that they were created by humans.

<Insanely enraged Kasumi> - (Looking for Rayne) Rayne!! Rayne!!! Reveal yourself so I can rip you into little bloody pieces!!!!

<Insanely enraged Kasumi> - My one desire was to wipe out the dhampirs for their impurity, but you!.... YOU!!!.... Justified that goal, and if it wasn't for our need for sustenance, I would have made sure any being that wasn't pure vampire would be wiped out of existence to prevent a half-breed from ever being created!

<Rayne> - Oh, grandma. You say such nice things about me.

Svetlana meets up with Rayne and joins her to take on Nocramia, since Mynce makes it also her business, but still hasn’t decided if she forgives Rayne, but chooses to be a professional for now. Nocramia decides to bring back Ephemera and Ferril to take on the two. The two don’t completely get along because of Ephemera’s betrayal to Ferril in BloodRayne 2, while she tells Ferril that grudges are pointless since they’re both dead and she no doubt was planning to do the same to her, which Ferril agrees with, but disagree about the grudge part. Ferril is still quick-tempered that includes cussing and hubris where she feels insulted with being dead, while Ephemera is still the clever and calculating individual who's nonchalant, despite the fact that she wants revenge for her death and says that grudges are ok if they're focused on the living who are quite capable of dying. Svetlana later stays behind while Rayne goes after Nocramia. At the end of Rayne’s battle with Nocramia, Mynce, with a force of will and being reminded the meaning behind her chain harpoon when it came to the mentor and student (BloodRayne 1), stabs Nocramia in the back and uses a Tibetan purification spell that makes him explode with energy and sorta takes Mynce with him. Rayne, in despair, thinks she has lost Mynce a second time over as she watches Mynce slowly disintegrate, but Mynce has a chance to smile at her before she’s gone, while her blades and chain harpoon remain. Votum City is shown while Rayne’s scream of sorrow and rage is heard. Later, Mynce’s blades and chain harpoon are displayed while Rayne and Svetlana, her students, stand near it to pay respect to their mentor, while there are others there standing at a somewhat distant to also pay respect to one who served the Brimstone Society and fought hard against evil.

<Rayne> -  (About to fight Ferril and Ephemera) Svetlana? Let’s not tell Severin that Ephemera is back. (Severin via radio) What do you mean Ephemera is back?!! (then Rayne says) Whoops. Well, no point keeping it a secret now.

<Rayne> - (After using her chain harpoon) I bet you wished that Mynce gave you a chain harpoon. (Svetlana replies) Actually Spookhouse wouldn’t allow me to have it so Mynce ended up giving it to you. (Rayne replied) Wait, what?! Jeez, first it was Sir Tremaine and the blades and now this?! I’m telling ya, my silver steel stiletto heels better be one of a kind as advertised or I’m going to be pissed. (Svetlana replied) Considered that payback for waiting for over 80 years to tell me about daddy dearest.

<Mynce Ghost Voice> - (At Mynce’s memorial) Life is like a storybook where there's a beginning.... and an ending.... but the two don't really matter because it's all about the chapters between them. The good days, the friends and those who are like family, as well as the tragedies and enemies, including the ones most vile, but the one thing they all have in common is that they're part of the story called your life.

After Mynce’s memorial, Rayne and Svetlana, Belrassa is there, give Nokomis (BloodRayne: Nocturne 1 idea) Mynce’s blades and chain harpoon and she questions if it’s alright to have them, since it's revealed that she's a turned vampire, while the bracelet she wears prevents her from being controlled by a pure vampire that her grandfather, a medicine man, gave to her after failing to rescuing her from a pure vampire in 1863, and Rayne replies that Mynce’s instructions was that after her demise, they would be given to someone who could use them because she knew the war against the vampires would still go on, and despite Nokomis being a turned vampire, and a powerful one at that, she has proven herself that she's that person. Rayne also mentions that the reason this is happening now is because when she came back for Mynce’s body after BloodRayne 1, her stuff was missing. Elsewhere, Stranger meets with Hamilton Killian’s revenant (Nocturne game) who’s a bit torn apart because of Moloch from 1935 and is falling apart because Nocramia’s power is fading and tells Stranger that his unconditional hatred for all monsters was justified and the shroud is proof of that and then Stranger calmly watches Hamilton crumble into dust.

Sayings when fighting.

(1) At least this time you died while being with a hot chick.

(2) Watch me embrace my anger issues.

(3) Get in line, bitches, because you’re all getting a turn with the blades.

(4) You shouldn’t have ignored your mother’s warning about girls like me.

(5) By now you guys know the difference between a delicate lady and a psychotic bitch.

(6) First you rested in peace and now in pieces.

(7) Going to get wicked with my pointy objects.

(8) Aw, do you have a little boo-boo? Here, let me put you out of your misery.

(9) I'm going to wipe you out of existence so badly that there won't be much left when you go back to the afterlife.

(10) Who wants to be next to be put down because they failed to be a bad-ass?

(11) Since I’m the one with the blades, that makes me the top of the food chain.

(12) I’m going to rock your underworld into oblivion.

(13) I’m game, but I’m afraid it’s going to be game over for you.

When facing the E.F.H.

(1) I’ll let myself in since you’re too busy being dead.

(2) Since you’re so good at talking big at a safe distance, why don’t you try saying it to my face.

(3) Sorry I’m late but your flunkies were really pissing me off and had to die.

(4) (Facing the witch hunters while E.F.H. people are running scared.) Keep calm and carry on? Probably best if you panicked and ran like crazy.

(5) (One of the E.F.H. says) You can't do this! (and Rayne replies) Oh' yeah? Well until you can find someone to stop me, I’m pretty much allowed to do as I damn well please.

(6) Come out, come out, wherever you are.... unless you need more time pissing on yourself out of fear.

(7) (After a big explosion at the E.F.H.) Forsaken all hope because you losers are going to have to deal with me.

(8) (A E.F.H. guard says) Lethal force authorized!” (and Rayne says) “Good, that means I can go crazy.

(9) (A E.F.H. guard arrives and sees Rayne’s bloody mess)  Oh’ my god! What happened here?! (and Rayne says) I know! You better call for help before that psycho comes back.

When facing Jurgen Wulf.

(1) You know, Wulf, I'm glad you're back, because I always felt I didn't cut you into small enough pieces back then.

(2) You like to play chess while I like to play dirty.

(3) I’m going to slice and dice you until you’re dead and do some more to make sure you stay that way.

When facing P. Eckstein.

(1) Seriously, Eckstein, that smell you're giving out makes me want to vomit.

(2) I swear if you throw your head at me, I’m going to cut off your arms.

When facing G. Gosler.

(1) (After Gosler accused Rayne of making him look like a coward) Oh’ please. Someone was bound to make you crap your pants sooner or later.

(2) Don’t bother begging for your life this time, since, you know, you’re already dead.

(3) (After Rayne won the mobile armors battle) This, Gosler, is what you would call a “Oh’ Shit” moment.

(4) (Gosler cowardly running away) The most familiar thing about Gosler. His behind as he runs away.

When facing Sigmund and Simon Krieger.

(1) Keep it inside your pants, wonder twins, or I may have to snip them off.

(2) (The twins are watching Rayne fight their minions through cameras and speak through speakers to tell her how divine her movements are.) Ugh! Really takes the fun out of it when perverts are being entertained.

(3) (After taking down the twins) Well, that was double the pleasure.

When facing Von Blut.

(1) I would like to make a donation with a blade through that yapping mouth that never stops.

(2) Say, Von, since you been hanging out in the afterlife, is there really a god, or maybe in your case, a devil?

(3) (Nearing his end, Von Blut whines about Beliar and the truth) Face it, Vonny.... You’re a bonafide fraud.

When facing D. Mauler.

(1) Ok.... I got nothing, because all that happened was me bumping into you, you talking about what a jerk Von was and other things I didn't bother to remember and me killing you. Not exactly memorable stuff.

(2) (Mocking D. Mauler) Big man smash little girl!

(3) (After D. Mauler’s defeat) I don’t need to tell you that you lost, big guy. That's what humiliation is for.

When facing Nocramia.

(1) (Nocramia says) Ah’ good. The heroine has arrived. You’re not one of those noble fools who thinks good is like a light that can thrive without darkness are you? (and Rayne says) Oh’ no. I’m more like a bastard with no shame. (and Nocramia says) Excellent! Shall we proceed?

(2) Wow. You’re such a nutcase that I doubt even the insane asylums would want you.

(3) Say, since you're dead, despite the moving around and never shutting the hell up, what would be the term if I managed to kill you? Would it be.... deader?

(4) Well, someone's coo-coo for a breakfast cereal and everything else.

(5) (After Nocramia told Rayne his "master plan" when it came to manipulating Kasumi because he was bored) Well, aren’t you crazy like a fox in a straitjacket.

(6) (Nocramia is about to attack and says) If this was a movie or video game, you know some killer soundtrack would be playing because of what I’m about to do will be awesome.

When facing Kasumi.

(1) Off to grandmother’s house to show what goodies I bring, and while I’m there I might as well slice off those big eyes and teeth she has.

(2) Here’s the deal, “granny”. Only one of us is walking out of this looking like a bad-ass.

Ending after the credits. A dark hallway of Brimstone Society underground stronghold is shown and a soldier thought he heard something and went to check it out. A tentacle comes out of the shadow and grabs the soldier and drags him back in the shadow as he screams in terror. When the screaming stops, a child’s laughter is heard. Somewhere else far away, a extremely pale man with bloodshot eyes leaves a makeshift bar and ends up talking to an old man and tells him that he’s looking for a witch named Bess (Morana) and introduces himself as Robert MacNichol (Blair Witch Vol. 2: The Legend of Coffin Rock).
