App refers to SHRM-CP & SCP Practice 2026, the software program provided by the Developer.
Developer (referred to as either "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to the creator and publisher of SHRM-CP & SCP Practice 2026.
You means the individual accessing or using the App, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the App, as applicable.
Device means any device that can access the App such as a mobile phone, a tablet, or a digital computer.
While using Our App, we will not ask you to provide us with any personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. We do not require you to create an account, register an email address, or share any personal details to access the core features of the App.
We respect your digital footprint. Therefore, we do not use any third-party tracking tools, analytics software, or usage tracking mechanisms. Your interactions within the App—including your quiz scores, practice test results, bookmarks, and overall study progress—are stored strictly locally on your Device. We do not have access to this information, nor is it ever transmitted over the internet to any external servers.
We are committed to providing a focused, distraction-free educational environment. The App contains absolutely no advertisements. You will not be tracked by ad networks, and no data will be compiled for targeted marketing purposes.
The App operates entirely independently. It does not integrate with third-party data brokers, social media platforms, or external SDKs (Software Development Kits) that are designed to monitor, harvest, or monetize user behavior.
All data generated through your daily use of the App is saved directly to your Device's internal storage. We do not own, maintain, or rent any cloud databases or servers that hold user information.
Because your data remains exclusively in your possession, the security of your study information is tied directly to the security of your Device. We highly recommend utilizing your Device's built-in security features (such as passcodes, biometric locks, and OS-level encryption) to protect your local data from unauthorized physical access.
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children. Given the offline and non-tracking nature of the App, it is technically impossible for us to gather such information. If you are a parent or guardian and have any concerns regarding your child's use of the App, please contact us.
We reserve the right to update Our Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. We will notify You of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page and revising the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
