Summary
Shrink Studio is designed to compress photos and videos locally on your device. The app does not upload your media to our servers, does not sell your data, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Information We Do Not Collect
Shrink Studio does not collect, transmit, sell, or share:
- Your photos or videos
- File names
- File paths
- Thumbnails
- Media metadata
- The contents of imported or exported files
- Advertising identifiers
- Location data
- Contact information
The current version of Shrink Studio does not collect personal data through the app.
Photos, Videos, and Files
When you choose photos, videos, or files for compression, Shrink Studio processes them locally on your device using Apple system frameworks.
Imported media may be copied into the app's local cache so the app can preview, compress, and export your selected files reliably. These cached working files remain on your device and are managed by the app.
Your original files are kept by default. Shrink Studio does not delete originals unless you explicitly enable a delete-original option and confirm the deletion after a successful export. Photos library originals are not deleted by Shrink Studio.
Photos Library Access
Shrink Studio asks for Photos access only when you choose to import media from Photos or save compressed copies to your Photos library.
The app uses this access to let you select media, import selected items, and save exports when you choose that option. Shrink Studio does not scan your Photos library in the background.
## Files and Finder Access
Shrink Studio asks for Files or Finder access only when you choose files, folders, or drag-and-drop items. The app uses the selected files only for import, compression, preview, and export.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Shrink Studio may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Apple may process payment information, account information, transaction history, and related purchase data according to Apple's own privacy terms. Shrink Studio does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Analytics and Diagnostics
Shrink Studio is designed to avoid collecting media-identifying data. The app does not send filenames, paths, thumbnails, media metadata, or media contents for analytics.
If privacy-safe diagnostics or analytics are enabled in a future version, they will be limited to operational app events such as import, preview, export, purchase, restore, or error outcomes. These events will not include media-identifying information.
Data Retention
Shrink Studio stores app settings, export count information, recent compression result records, and app-managed cache files locally on your device. You can remove local app data by deleting the app from your device. Some purchase records may remain associated with your Apple ID through Apple.
Children
Shrink Studio is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at the email address below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If the policy changes, the updated version will be made available with a new "Last updated" date.

By downloading, accessing, or using Shrink Studio, you agree to these Terms.
App Purpose
Shrink Studio helps users import, preview, compress, and export photos and videos. The app is intended for personal or lawful professional use.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process, compress, export, share, or delete any media or files you use with Shrink Studio.
Local Processing
Shrink Studio processes selected photos, videos, and files locally on your device. Compression results can vary depending on the original file, selected preset, dimensions, resolution, device performance, and available storage. The app is provided as a utility. We do not guarantee a specific compression ratio, output size, quality level, processing speed, or compatibility with every file.
Originals and File Deletion
Shrink Studio keeps original files by default. If you enable a delete-original option, the app will ask for confirmation before deleting eligible user-selected source files after a successful export. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation prompt before deleting any file. Shrink Studio is not a backup service. You should keep your own backups of important photos, videos, and files.
Free Exports and Paid Subscriptions
Shrink Studio may include free previews and a limited number of free exports. Additional or unlimited exports may require a paid subscription or other in-app purchase.
Subscription availability, pricing, duration, free trials, and renewal terms are shown in the app and in the App Store purchase sheet before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account is charged after purchase confirmation and for renewals according to Apple's App Store terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple's official refund process or contact Apple Support.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Shrink Studio to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe another person's rights
- Process media or files you do not have permission to use
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the app except where allowed by law
- Interfere with the app's normal operation
Intellectual Property
Shrink Studio, including its design, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by Azizbek Asadov or licensed to Azizbek Asadov. These Terms do not give you ownership of the app or its intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the app according to these Terms and applicable App Store terms. You keep ownership of your own photos, videos, and files.
Apple App Store Terms
If you download Shrink Studio from the Apple App Store, Apple's terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and the applicable Apple licensed application end user license agreement, also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Shrink Studio except as required by applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of Shrink Studio is also governed by the Shrink Studio Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shrink Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system version, file, photo, or video.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azizbek Asadov will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, media, files, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of Shrink Studio.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to the App or Terms
We may update Shrink Studio or these Terms from time to time. If these Terms change, the updated version will be made available with a new "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of Shrink Studio after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using Shrink Studio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
