My research interests are in stochastic processes on metric measure spaces, including fractals. These processes are often obtained as scaling limits of random walks (diffusion processes) on approximation graphs (domains). Another way to construct such processes is by defining the Laplace operators on fractals via graph approximations. Recently, my research focuses on constructing Laplacian operators on Sierpinski carpet like fractals and some Julia sets.
I am also interested in boundary value problems on metric measure spaces, such as trace theorems, boundary Harnack principles, and Dirichlet heat kernel estimates.
