Welcome to the Golden Shine SRB2 wad archive, the replacement for the old SMS freewebs! This features every mod I've made throughout the years. From 1.09.4 to 2.2 and up!

Adventure Sonic

Collaborating with superspriter Metalwario64 brings SA-Sonic into SRB2! Fast on the ground and godlike at parkour, he's an all-terrain superstar. Try him out if you've had trouble getting into SRB2, because he is created with controllers in mind first and uses custom physics resembling Sonic Adventure 1 and 2!

SMSreborn

The Super Mystic transformation gives Sonic incredible potential, but when your reflexes don't transform with you, you'll have to put in some work to really make it shine! Succeed and you'll get the most powerful character in SRB2 history!

Die.pk3

Official port of 1.09.4's die.wad. Minor graphical updates. Better soccer, 4000 rings goal, and you can summon wars-on-command!

SRB2 Thicc Campaign

Expands campaign up to 200%! A proof-of-concept that conveniently makes for a fun playthrough! Stage expanded less than 2x, SRB2 couldn't handle. [recommend OpenGL!]

Official port of 2.0's Mystic Ruins. Old but decent hangout map that also supports Match & Tag!

SRB2 Ultra Thicc stages

Expands levels as thicc as SRB2 can handle without crashing. [recommend OpenGL!]

Only small stages have ultra capacity.

Outdated mods below. These will NOT work with SRB2 2.2 or up.


So naturally, you will need the corresponding SRB2 version. If you're trying to play an older version, you can find the corresponding SRB2 version here:

Extract those versions to a seperate folder or you'll get save file issues.
