Shingo Kaneta-Takada (金田-髙田 真悟), Ph.D.
He received a Ph.D. and M.S. in electrical engineering and information systems (supervised by Prof. Shinobu Ohya), and a B.E. in electrical and electronic engineering (supervised by Prof. Masaaki Tanaka and Prof. Shinobu Ohya) from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2024, 2021, and 2019, respectively. He also received Assoc. B.E. in electrical and electronic system engineering from National Institute of Technology, Ibaraki College, Japan, in 2016. He worked at NTT Basic Research Laboratory as a visiting student researcher.
His research interest focuses on materials and devices for electronics and spintronics. He is a representative of the Japan Society of Applied Physics.
