Brief History
Shincliffe Juniors FC was set up in 2012 by a group of parents who wanted their children to have an environment where they could enjoy and learn to play football in the right way.
Currently we have almost 300 children playing football on a weekly basis from U7s to U18s, We also have a FUNdamentals section for children aged between 4 and 6 and Team Journey, our pan-disability group.
Our Core Values
To provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment to all children who want to play football.
Coaches
We encourage all of our coaches to undertake at least the FA Level 1 course, and provide funding to support this. Many go beyond and continue their learning journey!
Goalkeeping Coaching
As part of our commitment to ensure all our players have the right opportunities to develop, we have partnered with Ross Morecroft at 36 Goalkeeping to provide goalkeeping training to our keepers at no extra cost.
