---- Changing the topic, please tell us about your first solo event "STAYC Japan Debut Showcase ~Star To A Young Culture~" held on November 21. TOKYO DOME CITY HALL was packed that day. You have never had a solo event that gathers about 3,000 people, even in Korea, right?

Seeun: That's right! It was the first time that so many people came to a solo stage only for STAYC, so it was very memorable. I was very happy that we were able to show our various sides to our Japanese fans as well.

J: I was very happy to be able to do a showcase for the first time in Japan with so many people, and Japanese SWITH (a general term for STAYC fans) was really cute! There's no way we can't be energized by the enthusiastic support when we see them cheering me on with all their might (laughs).

Yoon: Yes. Even though it was just before Japan debut, many people came. I was so happy. Everyone in the audience cheered for us with their STAYC penlights. Seeun: I was nervous at first because it was my first showcase with Japanese fans, but I think I was able to do it with confidence.

Yoon: That's right. I think we did well. We were worried about the Japanese language barrier, but the MC, Mr. (Masayuki) Furuya, spun it at a good tempo. I think it turned out to be a very good stage.

J: Yes, we were really nervous at first (laughs). But as we were doing it, it became more and more fun, and we were able to enjoy ourselves. Isn't that good too?

---- Is there an episode that you can say now that it's over?

Yoon: To tell the truth, something happened when we sang two songs in a row! The second song was supposed to start when we got in position, but the intro started playing even though we were not in position yet. "Huh?" Seeun: Even though I worked hard to learn Japanese, I forgot it when I saw the fans... So I saw the cheat sheet, and I think my fans found out about it.

J: Yeah, I'm sure they knew. But for us, there was a lot of pressure to remember to speak Japanese. We were so preoccupied with that. We regretted that we could have communicated more with the fans. That's our next challenge. 

---- It was your first big stage performance in Japan, so you must be nervous.

Seeun, Yoon, and J: That's right.

---- How was the game section? Yoon lost in the giant balloon game (laughs).

Yoon: That's right. However, the members really don't like to be scared, so I think the fans got to enjoy watching them get really scared. Still, I can't believe I've been caught twice! I thought it would be an easy win, but Burn broke (laughs).

Seeun: Yoon usually has a lot of luck, and she always wins when he plays games. So I got a little refreshed. "Finally, Yoon... she lost!" (laughs).

Seeun: The day before my debut day, we went to Tower Records in Shibuya, and STAYC's "ASAP -Japanese Ver-" was played at the store. That was very strange.

Yoon: In Korea, we never release sound sources until the day of our comeback. That's why songs are never played before the release date.

---- What did you feel when you saw so many CDs lined up in the stores?

J: I went to Tower Records last month when I came to Japan for an event, and at that time, our CDs were on the upper floor. But this time, there was a STAYC corner at the entrance on the first floor, which made me feel that we are really making our debut in Japan.

Yoon: There was a big picture of us! I was so surprised.
