I am a Professor of Operations and Analytics and Co-Director of the International Business, Language, and Culture (IBLC) Bachelor of Science Program at the McDonough School of Business of Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

I received my Ph.D. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA where I was advised by Dr. Morris Cohen and Dr. Senthil Veeraraghavan.

My research focuses on process improvement in both products (particularly product design and supply chain strategies) and services (particularly innovative service mechanisms).
