적용 범위: iOS/iPadOS 앱 1.4.0 이상. 이전 1.3.x의 사진/OCR 기능은 선택한 근무표 사진을 기기 내에서 처리하며, 이 사진을 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 1.4.0부터 Predict/OCR 기능이 제거됩니다.

Shift Planner Pro는 입력한 정보를 사용자의 기기에 저장하고 근무표, 예상 급여와 급여 분석을 제공합니다. 별도의 앱 계정이나 로그인은 필요하지 않습니다. 개발자는 앱의 근무·급여 기록을 받는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 앱에 광고·추적·별도 이용 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

1. 저장·처리하는 정보와 목적

앱은 근무 날짜와 종류, 급여·수당 설정, 앱 설정, 분석에 직접 입력한 월별 실제 세전총액을 기기에 저장합니다. 이 정보는 근무표 표시, 예상 급여 계산, 실제 금액 기록과 비교에 사용합니다.

2. 선택할 수 있는 iCloud 동기화

iCloud 동기화는 기본적으로 켜져 있으며 앱 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. iCloud를 사용할 수 있는 경우 Apple의 iCloud 키-값 저장소를 통해 같은 Apple 계정의 기기 사이에서 근무표와 급여 설정을 동기화합니다. 분석 기능을 켜면 직접 입력한 실제 급여 기록도 별도로 동기화합니다. 앱이 이 기록을 개발자 서버로 전송하지는 않습니다.

동기화를 끄면 앱이 새 변경 사항을 동기화하거나 적용하지 않지만, 기기와 iCloud에 이미 저장된 기록을 삭제하지는 않습니다. Apple 계정, iCloud 저장소와 기기 백업은 사용자의 Apple 설정 및 Apple 정책을 따릅니다. 앱의 iCloud 설정과 캘린더·기기 백업의 동기화 설정은 서로 별개입니다.

3. Apple Calendar와 기기 인증

사용자가 직접 캘린더 내보내기를 실행하고 접근 권한을 허용하면 해당 월의 근무를 SPP 캘린더에 기록합니다. 다시 내보내면 해당 월의 기존 SPP 일정을 교체합니다. 근무표의 이번 달 초기화를 실행하면 권한이 있을 때 해당 월 SPP 캘린더 일정도 삭제합니다. 캘린더가 iCloud나 다른 계정에 속한 경우 그 계정의 설정에 따라 일정이 동기화될 수 있습니다. 캘린더 권한은 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.

시크릿 모드를 해제할 때 Apple의 기기 소유자 인증을 사용합니다. 앱은 인증 결과를 이용할 뿐 얼굴·지문 정보나 기기 암호를 받지 않습니다. 인증 실패·취소 또는 인증 불가 상태에서는 잠금을 유지합니다.

4. 보관·수정·삭제

기록은 사용자가 수정하거나 삭제할 때까지 기기 또는 사용자의 iCloud에 보관되며, 앱에서 정한 자동 만료 기간은 없습니다.

• 기본 데이터 초기화: 현재 급여 설정과 근무표를 초기값으로 바꿉니다. 분석의 실제 급여 기록이나 앱의 모든 설정·과거 버전 잔여 데이터를 일괄 삭제하는 기능은 아닙니다.

• 분석 기록 삭제: 분석 탭에서 월별 실제 금액을 수정·삭제하거나 모든 실제 금액을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 분석 기능을 끄는 것만으로는 기록이 삭제되지 않습니다.

• 동기화된 변경·삭제: 동기화가 켜져 있으면 다른 기기에 전달합니다. 삭제한 금액이 다시 나타나지 않도록 금액이 없는 월, 수정 시각 등의 최소 삭제 정보를 보관할 수 있습니다. 오프라인이나 동기화 오류가 있는 기기에는 반영이 늦어질 수 있습니다.

• 별도 사본: 기본 데이터 초기화나 앱 삭제는 이미 내보낸 캘린더, iCloud 사본, 기기 백업을 모두 삭제하지 않습니다. 이 사본은 Apple 캘린더와 iCloud·백업 설정에서 별도로 관리해야 하며, 복원 시 기록이 다시 나타날 수 있습니다.

5. 개발자 수집과 문의

앱은 위 근무·급여 기록을 개발자에게 자동 전송하거나 판매하거나 광고·추적 목적으로 공유하지 않습니다. Apple 서비스가 자체적으로 처리하는 정보에는 Apple 정책이 적용됩니다. 개인정보 처리방침 웹페이지를 열면 웹 호스팅 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.

Scope: version 1.4.0 and later of the iOS/iPadOS app. The photo/OCR feature in earlier 1.3.x versions processes selected roster photos on the device without sending them to developer-operated servers. Predict/OCR is removed starting with version 1.4.0.

Shift Planner Pro stores information on your device to provide shift planning, estimated payslips, and salary analysis. No separate app account or sign-in is required. The developer does not operate a server that receives your shift or salary records, and the app does not include advertising, tracking, or separate usage-analytics SDKs.

1. Information stored and its purpose

The app stores shift dates and types, salary and allowance settings, app preferences, and the monthly actual gross salary amounts you enter in Analysis. It uses this information to display your roster, calculate estimated pay, and record and compare actual pay.

2. Optional iCloud synchronization

iCloud synchronization is on by default and can be turned off in the app's Settings. When iCloud is available, Apple's iCloud key-value storage synchronizes shifts and salary settings between devices using the same Apple account. When Analysis is enabled, actual salary records also synchronize separately. The app does not send these records to developer-operated servers.

Turning synchronization off stops the app from sending or applying new synchronized changes; it does not delete records already stored on your device or in iCloud. Your Apple account, iCloud storage, and device backups follow your Apple settings and Apple's policies. The app's iCloud setting is separate from calendar and device-backup synchronization settings.

3. Apple Calendar and device authentication

When you explicitly export a month and grant calendar access, the app writes that month's shifts to the SPP calendar. Exporting again replaces the existing SPP events for that month. Resetting a month in the shift planner also removes that month's SPP calendar events when permission is available. If that calendar belongs to iCloud or another account, events may synchronize according to that account's settings. You can change calendar permission in device settings.

Secret Mode uses Apple's device-owner authentication to unlock salary information. The app receives authentication results, not your face or fingerprint data or device passcode. Failed, cancelled, or unavailable authentication leaves the mode locked.

4. Retention, changes, and deletion

Records remain on your device or in your iCloud until you change or delete them. The app does not impose an automatic expiry period.

• Reset Basic Data: Restores the current salary settings and shift roster to their initial values. It does not erase Analysis actual salary records, every app preference, or all residual data from older versions.

• Delete Analysis records: You can edit or delete an individual month's actual amount or delete all actual amounts in Analysis. Turning Analysis off preserves the records.

• Synchronized changes and deletion: When synchronization is enabled, changes are sent to your other devices. Minimal deletion information, such as the month and modification time without the deleted amount, may remain to prevent old amounts from reappearing. Offline devices or synchronization errors may delay updates.

• Separate copies: Resetting basic data or deleting the app does not erase every exported calendar event, iCloud copy, or device backup. Manage these separately in Apple Calendar and iCloud/backup settings. Restoring a backup may restore records.

5. Developer collection and contact

The app does not automatically send your shift or salary records to the developer, sell them, or share them for advertising or tracking. Information processed independently by Apple services is governed by Apple's policies. Opening the privacy-policy website is subject to the website host's policies.

You do not need to send your original salary records, roster, or unnecessary personal information. You can request deletion of information provided in a support inquiry at the same address. The developer cannot remotely view or delete records held only in your app; manage them through the app and your Apple settings.
