Shift Tracker is designed to minimize data collection.
The app may collect and store information that you enter manually, including:
Shift and work schedule information
Hourly rates, overtime settings, and earnings information
Notes and other work-related information entered by the user
App preferences and settings
Shift Tracker does not require account creation or user registration.
Your information is used solely to:
Provide app functionality
Save your schedules, settings, and preferences
Calculate hours worked, overtime, and earnings estimates
Display optional advertisements in the free version of the app
Process optional premium purchases through Google Play Billing
Premium purchases are securely processed by Google Play. Shift Tracker does not collect or store payment card information or payment credentials.
Most data entered into Shift Tracker is stored locally on your device.
Shift Tracker does not transmit your shift data, schedules, earnings information, or notes to any server operated by HifiPlay Apps.
Users may optionally create backup files containing their shift data and settings. These backup files are stored only in locations selected by the user. Shift Tracker does not upload backup files to any external server.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
The free version of Shift Tracker may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google and its advertising partners may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and limited usage information to serve, measure, and improve advertisements.
Users located in applicable regions may be asked to provide consent for personalised or non-personalised advertising in accordance with local privacy regulations.

Shift Tracker only requests permissions necessary for app functionality.
File access permissions are used solely to allow users to create, save, import, and restore backup files that they explicitly select.
Shift Tracker does not access:
Contacts
Camera
Microphone
Location
unless required for a future feature and clearly disclosed beforehand.
We take reasonable measures to help protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their own devices and any backup files they create.
Shift Tracker provides estimates of hours worked, overtime, and earnings based on information entered by the user.
These calculations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered official payroll records. Users are responsible for verifying all payroll information with their employer or payroll provider.
HifiPlay Apps is not responsible for payroll discrepancies resulting from incorrect data entry, employer payroll policies, or other external factors.
Shift Tracker is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted within the app, on the app listing page, or on the official privacy policy page. Continued use of Shift Tracker after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
