Account Information: The email address and name you use when registering or logging in via Firebase Authentication.
Employee Data: Employee names and positions entered into the system for scheduling purposes.
Schedule Data: Work rules, shift hours, and schedule assignments stored in Google Cloud Firestore so they can be accessed online by other team members.
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Premium features, transactions are processed through Google Play Billing (In-App Purchase). We do not store your credit card details directly.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected data to:
Manage user accounts and provide access based on roles (Admin or Member).
Store and synchronize your team's work schedule in real-time through Firestore.
Send shift reminder notifications to your device via local notification services.
3. Data Storage and Security
All your data is securely stored using Google Firebase services.
Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard security protocols from Google.
Firestore Security: We apply security rules to the database to ensure that only authorized users (based on Office ID) can view their team's schedule.
4. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. We only use the following services for app functionality:
Google Firebase: For authentication and database.
Google Play Store: For subscription management and app distribution.
5. User Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to:
View and modify your profile data within the app.
