This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Shift: Color Reflex ("the Game"), developed by Soft Trump Software Solutions. We are dedicated to providing a secure and private gaming experience. The Game is designed with a Privacy-by-Design approach, ensuring that your data remains on your device and under your total control.
Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. No account registration or social media login is required to play the Game.
Game Data: All gameplay information, including your high scores, current progress, and speed level, is stored exclusively on your device using AsyncStorage. We have no access to this data.
Technical Data: The Game does not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies to monitor your behavior or device usage.
To provide its core arcade experience, the Game utilizes the following system features:
Haptics/Vibration: Used to provide tactile feedback during color matches and game-over events.
System UI: Used to manage the edge-to-edge display and translucent status bar for an immersive experience.
Storage: Used solely to save and load your game state locally on your hardware.
Local Persistence: Because your data is stored locally, it is as secure as your physical device.
Data Retention: Your scores and settings persist as long as the Game is installed.
Data Deletion: Uninstalling the Game will result in the permanent deletion of all locally stored data, including high scores. We do not maintain any cloud backups.
The Game is built using the Expo framework and distributed through the Google Play Store. These platforms may collect basic technical information (such as your device model or OS version) as governed by their respective privacy policies. This Game does not include third-party advertising or data-sharing SDKs.
The Game is a general audience utility and does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since no data is transmitted to us, we do not hold any personal information from any user group.
