Welcome to ShieldCore – Safety & Privacy, a mobile application provided by AegisCore Tech.
We design ShieldCore with a single purpose: to keep your device clean, fast, and secure — without intruding on your personal life.
This document explains, in plain language, how we handle your information when you use ShieldCore.
If at any point you disagree with how we do this, simply stop using the app. No jargon, no hidden clauses — transparency only.
We believe a privacy policy shouldn’t be a shopping list of data. ShieldCore gathers only a minimal set of details required for its features to work:
Technical Device Data
Basic, anonymous information such as your device model, operating‑system version, language, storage space, and network type.
This helps us keep ShieldCore running smoothly on all devices.
Usage Metrics (Anonymous)
To understand how features perform, we record general usage patterns — for example, how often the cleaner is used or whether the booster crashes.
These statistics never include anything personally identifiable.
Voluntary Contact Information
If you reach out to our support team or subscribe to optional updates inside the app, we may collect your email address.
We use it only to reply or to send you the messages you specifically requested.
No photos, contacts, messages, or precise location data are ever accessed or stored by ShieldCore.
Functionality – To make sure ShieldCore works correctly across devices.
Improvement – To learn what people actually use and fix what doesn’t work.
Communication – To talk to you if you ask for help or request updates.
We never sell or share your personal details for advertising.
You’re always in charge of your data. You can:
Remove the app — this stops all data collection immediately.
Request to view or delete what little contact info you provided.
Unsubscribe from emails via the link at the bottom of any message.
Just email shield.help@outlook.com, and our small team will personally assist you.
We protect what we store with encryption and restricted access systems, following industry‑standard security practices.
That said, no digital system is absolutely impenetrable, so we encourage you to update your device and use basic cyber‑hygiene. ShieldCore never transmits sensitive data without encryption (TLS/SSL).
Technical logs are cleared automatically after short diagnostic cycles.
Aggregated analytics may be kept longer to track overall app performance, but they contain no personal identifiers.
If you ask us to remove your identifiable data, we’ll complete deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
ShieldCore is designed for general audiences but not for children under 4 years old.
We do not knowingly collect, store, or use personal information from children.
If you believe such data has been collected, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
ShieldCore might refer you to official system pages (for example, iOS Settings) or third‑party resources for convenience.
Once you leave ShieldCore’s interface, their own privacy rules apply — we encourage you to review them independently.
Technology changes, and so will this policy.
Whenever we revise it, the latest version will appear here inside the app with an updated date at the top.
Continuing to use ShieldCore after updates means you accept the new terms in their entirety.
