"I don't understand how they have a 4.6? They had my car a month I got it back had it for a week and supposedly blew a second computer. (Probably because they chose to put a used junkyard computer in a car that would never accept it). Took it back after the second time it broke down now I have a junk car with more problems than what it had when I took it there. They owner was unapproachable and acted like I was the problem when I questioned why they never called me and never gave me the option of what to put in my car. I wouldn't have ever said yes to a used computer. The part that gets me is they lied to me. They supposedly traced all the electrical in my car but how did they possible do that without removing the dash. Before anyone says anything about saving me money I never asked for you to save me money I wanted my car to go more than 10 minutes without breaking down"

"Not a good experience. First, be prepared to get charged 3% more if you use a credit card. I asked what's this charge and the receptionist just presses the okay button. Second, one of the mechanics broke a hub cap. I call the place to talk to the owners about compensation. I waw told "Bob the owner will call you back" Never received a phone call. Third, who else knows went wrong with the initial repair if they didn't even let me know about a simple broken hub cap. If you like shadiness this is your place. 3% hikes on overall bill and mechanis not reporting to owners about broken parts."

"Charged me 20$ to test a battery. Did not ask permission to bill me. Assumed it was free. Went home for the weekend and kept my battery. Had to get police involved because these people cared so little."

"The lady name debbie was like trying to push out the door. When i was trying to tell her what was wrong with my sister's car. Then her remark when my wife called 2 hours later to ask a time when the car might be done. I didn't know we were playing beat the clock. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never take my sisters car or my own two cars there anything ever."
