General Contracting/Construction Management.. We have performed over $21 MM, 54 projects. Office Buildings, Office Remodels, Manufacturing, Institutional, Retail, and Warehouses. As Construction Managers we will work on a Fee basis and be an extension of the owners' staff. As the Construction Drawings are being prepared, we will continually review and update the construction estimate. At that time we will perform Value Engineering Studies to help you meet your budget. 

We can also perform Lump-Sum General Contract Services with our trades and crews. If you have a completed set of drawings.  Either a Fee Basis or a Lump Sum.
