The free version of the Application contains stage restrictions and advertisements.
Users can make a one-time in-app purchase of $1.00 USD (or equivalent in local currency) to remove all advertisements and unlock all game stages.
All financial transactions, billing, and payment processing are handled securely by the Google Play Store.
The developer does not store, collect, or access any sensitive financial or payment details (such as credit card information).
"AS IS" Service: The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Technical Issues & Bugs: The developer does not guarantee that the Application will function uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices, hardware, or operating system versions.
No Ongoing Obligation: The developer is under no obligation to provide ongoing updates, bug fixes, or perpetual server availability/support for the Application or third-party services integrated within it.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application.
The developer reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published within this document. You are advised to review this policy periodically.
