REGISTRATION REMINDERS
-Volunteer hours OR volunteer buy-out is required for registration.
-Payment of SBCC dues is required for swim team participation.
-If you are choosing to pay the buy-out in lieu of volunteer hours, payment will be due at the same time as swimmer registration fees.
REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY
Sheridan Beach Swim Team has set the following guidelines on refunds with regards to registration fees for our summer swim team. In order to request a refund, a written email should be sent to: sheridanbeachswimteam@gmail.com with a detailed explanation for the request.
Prior to swim season we use the Active registration fees to fund our operating budget, which includes coaches salaries, pool maintenance, league fees, and equipment among other annual expenses.
Registrants may receive a full refund (minus Active registration fee) through May 31, 2025 and a 50% refund (minus Active registration fee) by June 30, 2025. No refunds after June 30, 2024.
By registering and paying for the season you agree to the refund policy.
