The Death Certificate for Samuel Wootton, Cordwainer, aged 41.  18th July 1849 at  Wymeswold. Present was his Wife Sarah Wootton, who made her mark x.  Cause was Consumption (TB), 2 years certified.

Certificate details for Sarah Wootton's passing, aged 88.  Dated 4th March 1895 at Thorpe-in-the-Glebe. She is noted as the widow of  Samuel Wootton, Shoemaker. The Informant was Sarah's Son  Joseph Wootton.
