The Death Certificate for Ronald Wootton Sheppard. Passed away on the 22nd January 1992 at Basford Hospital in Nottingham.  Janet Mary Kirk (my Mother) was present. Causes were Parkinsons disease, which Ronald had suffered from for some years and a brief spell of Pneumonia.
