Henry Mill's Will, made on the 18th July 1873, shortly before his passing on the 28th. His house was left to Elizabeth Smith, his housekeeper, for her lifetime. Equal share of his estate and gifts of money are made to his four children Henery, Thomas, Harriett and Mary. Executors of the Will would be his Son Henery Mills and Thomas Hallam.
Henry's probate was completed 29th August 1873, proved by his son Henry Mills, Farmer of Willoughby-on-the-Wolds and William Hallam, Farmer of Wymeswold, effects were under £300
