App: SheNotes

SheNotes (“we”, “the app”) is a notes and to-do application. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.
SheNotes stores your notes and tasks only on your device. We do not require an account, we do not operate a backend for this app’s notes/todos, and we do not sell your data.
2. Information the app stores
To provide the app’s features, SheNotes may store on your device:
Note titles and note body text
To-do titles, completion status, optional due dates, and category labels
Optional color tags and similar app preferences
This information is saved locally using on-device storage (for example Android app preferences / local storage). It is used only so the app can show and edit your notes and tasks.
3. Information we do not collect
SheNotes does not intentionally collect, transmit, or share:
Name, email, phone number, or account credentials (no sign-in)
Location data
Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera content
Payment or financial information
Advertising IDs for ads tracking
Analytics events to third-party analytics services (none are integrated for this purpose in the current app)
On-device notes and tasks are used solely for app functionality: creating, editing, completing, organizing, and deleting your content.
We do not sell personal data. Because notes/tasks are kept on your device and are not uploaded by the app to our servers, we do not share that content with third parties.
Your device manufacturer, operating system, or cloud backup tools (for example Google Backup, if you enabled device backups) may copy app data as part of the device’s own backup settings. That is controlled by you and your device/Google account settings, not by a SheNotes cloud service.
SheNotes is a general productivity app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data retention and deletion
Your content stays on your device. Protect access to your phone with the device lock you prefer (PIN, pattern, biometrics). We do not transmit your notes/tasks over the network as part of the app’s core features.
SheNotes is designed to work with minimal permissions. It does not need access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone for its core notes and to-do features.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app’s features change (for example if cloud sync or analytics are added later). The “Last updated” date will change when that happens. Material changes that involve collecting data offline-to-online would be reflected here before or when such features ship.
