I am an Assistant Instructional Professor at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
My teaching and research interests include applied microeconomics and applied econometrics, with a focus on health policy. In particular, I teach core courses in Statistics, Data Analytics in R and Microeconomics, as well as revamping elective courses (e.g. Applied Regression Analysis). My research interests focus on hospital-patient agency issues in the context of different healthcare systems, as well as how governments respond to the issues under existing regulations.
I received my PhD/MA from the University of Chicago Kenneth C. Griffin Department of Economics, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & B.A. in Economics from National Taiwan University.
