I am a Ph.D. candidate at H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering - Statistics at Georgia Institute of Technology, advised by Dr. Jye-Chyi Lu (Georgia Tech).
My Ph.D. research focuses on clustering and selecting important features under ultrahigh-dimensional data with the presence of strong multicollinearity. This research includes (i) statistical modeling, (ii) developing an algorithm for NP-hard mixed-integer programming problems, (iii) data visualization, and (iv) theoretical inference.
In my free time, I enjoy designing algorithms (e.g. Leetcode problems), designing gamebots to automate games (see Project section), singing, playing guitar, and drumming (see Personal section). On weekends, I like to do outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking.
I am looking for a data scientist job starting Summer 2023.
