With this online training, it is anticipated that leaders will join individually from their homes using Zoom. Leaders will be invited to respond and participate throughout the meeting.

Invitation to Prepare in Advance
The Young Women General and Young Men Presidencies invite you to prepare for the virtual leadership instruction by doing the following:
1. Watch the last 8 minutes of the 2020
Temple and Family History Leadership Instruction (begin at 49:48) and ponder:
How do we as adult leaders guide and support class and quorum presidencies in accomplishing the work they have been called to do?
2. Read “Using Come, Follow Me—For Aaronic Priesthood Quorums and Young Women Classes” and note what stands out to you. Consider:
How can Sunday meetings be used to accomplish the work of salvation and exaltation spoken of by Elder Bednar?
