Sheetrivo Privacy Policy

Sheetrivo is developed and published by Erlthedev. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, processed, stored, and shared when you use the Sheetrivo mobile application.
1. Workbook Processing
Spreadsheet files selected by the user are opened and processed locally on the device. Sheetrivo does not upload workbook contents to developer-controlled servers.
Files are shared with another application only when the user selects the Share option and chooses a receiving application.
2. Information Stored on the Device
Sheetrivo may store the following information locally:
• Application preferences and display settings
• Pro entitlement status
• Recently opened document information, including file name, file reference, and last-opened time
• Consent preferences required for advertising
This information remains on the device and can be removed by deleting recent items, clearing the application's storage, or uninstalling the application.
3. Advertising
The Free version of Sheetrivo uses Google Mobile Ads.
Google and its advertising partners may collect or process:
• Device and advertising identifiers
• Approximate location inferred from the IP address
• Advertising and application interaction data
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Fraud prevention and security information
This data may be used for advertising, analytics, service performance, and fraud prevention. Where required, Sheetrivo presents Google's consent and privacy choices form before requesting advertisements.

4. Purchases
Pro purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Sheetrivo receives purchase status and a purchase token to activate Pro features.
Sheetrivo does not receive or store payment card details. Payment processing and purchase history are handled by Google Play under Google's applicable policies.
5. Permissions and File Access
Sheetrivo accesses only spreadsheet files selected by the user through Android's system document picker or the Open With feature.
The application does not request access to the user's contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location.
6. Data Sharing
Sheetrivo does not sell personal information.
Information may be transmitted to Google and its advertising partners through Google Mobile Ads and Google Play services. Files shared by the user are handled according to the privacy policy of the receiving application.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored information remains on the device until it is removed by the user, application storage is cleared, or the application is uninstalled.
Advertising and purchase-related information processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies. Privacy and advertising choices may be changed through the Privacy Options feature when available.

8. Security
Workbook contents are processed locally. Information transmitted by Google services is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic processing or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
Sheetrivo is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when application features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above will be updated accordingly.
