This Privacy Policy applies to Sheep Home:Earn Money (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), complies with Google Play Developer Policies, Android Data Safety Specifications and global general privacy laws and regulations. It transparently informs users of the rules related to data collection, use, storage, sharing and users' privacy rights of the App to protect users' personal information rights and interests.

Definitions

1. Developer: The operating entity of the App, which owns all operation, copyright and data management rights of the App.

2. User: All natural persons who download, install, register and use the App.

3. Personal Data: All kinds of information that can directly or indirectly identify the user's identity, including but not limited to device information, operation logs, network data, information actively submitted by users, etc.

Information We Collect

The App only collects necessary data required to implement core functions, and will never collect user privacy data irrelevant to App functions. All data collection follows the "minimum necessity" principle. The specific collection types are as follows:

User-Actively Submitted Information

Information You Provide: We do not require you to create an account to play the game. We do not collect your name, address, or payment information directly. Any payments (such as for in-app purchases) are processed by the app store (e.g., Google Play Store), and we do not have access to your financial details.

Device & System Information

To ensure the normal operation, device adaptation and fault troubleshooting of the App, we automatically collect basic device information, including device model, system version, anonymized unique device identifier, network type, IP address, App operation logs and crash logs, without accurate personal identity identification attributes.

Optional Permission Data

Some extended functions require user authorization to collect corresponding data. Users can refuse authorization independently, and the refusal will not affect the use of basic core functions of the App, including storage permission (reading and writing local files) and network permission (data interaction). The App does not actively apply for sensitive permissions such as camera, positioning, microphone and address book, and has no relevant data collection behavior.

How We Use Your Information

All user data we collect is only used for the following legitimate purposes, not exceeding the scope of user authorization and App functional requirements:

1. Realize, maintain and optimize the core services of the App to ensure stable operation of functions;

2. Complete user account registration, login and identity verification to ensure account security;

3. Troubleshoot App operation faults, fix BUGs and optimize product experience;

4. Respond to user service needs such as consultation, feedback and after-sales service;

5. Comply with Google Play platform rules and relevant laws and regulations to complete compliance verification;

6. Count anonymized product usage data for product iteration and optimization without individual user identity identification.

Information Sharing & Disclosure

The App will not sell, trade or rent any user personal data, and has no act of commercially selling user information. User data can be shared limitedly only in the following compliant scenarios:

1. Information sharing with explicit separate authorization and active consent of users;

2. Entrust compliant third-party service providers to provide technical support (such as server hosting and data statistics) to realize basic App services. Service providers can only process data as entrusted, and shall not privately use, disclose or secondary spread data;

3. User information that must be disclosed in accordance with laws, regulations and legitimate requirements of judicial organs or regulatory authorities;

4. Necessary disclosure to protect the legitimate rights and interests of developers, users and the public, and respond to special situations such as infringement, fraud and security risks.

Minor Protection

The App is oriented to ordinary users of all age groups, does not develop exclusive functions for minors, and does not actively collect minors' personal information. If minors use the App, they must use it with the accompaniment and consent of guardians. If we find minor data without guardian authorization, we will delete and process it in a timely manner.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases (e.g., virtual items, upgrades, or premium features) ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed through the applicable app store (e.g., Google Play Store) that you used to download the App. The Developer does not process or store any of your payment information; all payment-related data is handled by the app store, and you agree to comply with the app store’s terms of service and privacy policy. In-App Purchases are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law. The Developer reserves the right to modify the pricing, availability, and features of In-App Purchases at any time without prior notice. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all In-App Purchases made using your app store account, even if the purchases were made without your permission (e.g., by a minor or third party). If you believe an unauthorized In-App Purchase was made, you must contact the app store directly to request a refund or dispute the charge. 

Third-Party Services & Links

The App may contain links to external sites (e.g., "Rate Us" links to the Play Store) or utilize third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy timely according to product iteration, platform rule updates and laws and regulations adjustments. After the policy is updated, we will inform users through in-app announcements and version update prompts. The updated policy shall take effect from the date of publicity, and users' continued use of the App shall be deemed as recognition of the latest policy terms.
