Do you ever feel like you’re not doing enough, even when you’re constantly busy at your work? Frankly speaking you’re not alone! This is called "Productivity Dysmorphia" the disconnect between our actual achievements and how productive we feel it in general.
In the fast moving world of tech specially in GenAI evolution, we copw with multiple tasks, we continuously and unintentionaly compare ourselves to our peers, friends, and often feel remained in the same place and feel like we not growing anymore. It cause in a cycle of self-doubt and burnout. But what if the key to real productivity isn’t doing more, but doing less—more intentionally?
In this talk, I’ll mostly talk why productivity dysmorphia happens and introduce The ONE THING Approach—a proven method to cut through the noise, focus on the ONE THING what truly matters that makes everything else unnecessary, and create meaningful progress in our work and life. And
