SHEBCOR is led by Dr Nick Peake and is based in the Biomolecular Sciences Research Centre at Sheffield Hallam University.

We have been undertaking research into the biology of bowel cancer since 2015, trying to understand the causes and drivers of onset and progression, working towards better outcomes for patients.

We work closely with partners and collaborative labs across Sheffield, including the Colorectal Surgical Unit at the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield Cancer Bioinformatics and other cancer-focussed research groups at the University of Sheffield.
